They won't let me withdraw.
They say I have to withdraw using the same method I deposited with.
I used a Visa card to deposit but there is no option to withdraw this way. They want me to do a bank transfer but my bank has no BIC / SWIFT.
I deposited with a visa so how can I withdraw using the same method if there is no option?

We noticed you did not get clear information to begin with in this case at your first visit to our Live Chat and for that reason raised this ticket on AG. However, this was later resolved via our Live Chat as it became clear you had to verify another bank account IBAN for the withdrawal to be processed.
