I like that they have a decent selection of slots with most of the providers I enjoy. The super simple layout is good and the provider selection drop down and new games tab are in very handy positions.
What I don't like is the bad experience I had on my first and only deposit. Where's my bonus? so I contact support before using any balance to get it sorted,
I get a typical "I'll check your account give me 5mins" so ok ty I reply, a while later I'm told a manager needs to do it and I get a email when done.
I thought that's odd, but said ok and asked for a guess on how long this would take, they said they don't know.
So I came back a hour later after no reply and got told the same thing.

First off! Very clean and easy going casino. You can find your top games and easy to search. Really fast support and all, they respond really quick. Pragmatic RTP is around 94% if I'm correct.
