I like that they have a decent selection of slots with most of the providers I enjoy. The super simple layout is good and the provider selection drop down and new games tab are in very handy positions.
What I don't like is the bad experience I had on my first and only deposit. Where's my bonus? so I contact support before using any balance to get it sorted,
I get a typical "I'll check your account give me 5mins" so ok ty I reply, a while later I'm told a manager needs to do it and I get a email when done.
I thought that's odd, but said ok and asked for a guess on how long this would take, they said they don't know.
So I came back a hour later after no reply and got told the same thing.
Gamblers don't deposit to wait for some unknown time; they deposit to gamble because they want to gamble.
Just a really bad customer experience that should not happen this day and age.
