BotPortal Casino is an online casino site owned and operated by Excite Ultra Media Ltd. Registration number: 16241. Betportal is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operates under License No. ALSI-202601040-FI2.
You can sign up easily! The casino supports the latest web and mobile platforms, you just need to pick where you are going to play from. You’ll be asked to select a bonus. If you want one, we’ve listed the best BetPortal Casino Bonuses for you to choose from.
Once you’re a member, there’s plenty of active promotions available. You can also complete missions, become a VIP and visit the bonus store. All of these features will become available to you when you create your account. You can browse our expert casino reviews for more casinos with great incentives like this.
Payment Information and Options at BetPortal Casino
You can open the cashier from a registered account to see which payment methods are supported in your country. All deposits must be wagered at least two times and you cannot use any third party payment methods, they must be registered in your name.
You must also complete the verification process before you can make a withdrawal. The casino will require proof of payment method and photo ID so it would be handy to have these ready. Once verified, the casino aims to process your withdrawals within 24-48 hours. However, you can only have one pending withdrawal in your account at the same time.
The minimum withdrawal amount is €20. The maximum amount per week is €5,000 and per month it’s €10,000. This is a considerably low monthly limit compared to industry standard.
Unfortunately, the casino has imposed a max win limit. This means you can win up to €100,000 per day. Anything over this amount will be forfeited. However, the good news is that this does not apply to progressive jackpots. If you have accepted any casino bonuses, you must complete the wagering requirements first.
Customer Support at BetPortal Casino
If you need help, live chat is available and one of the fastest options. Once you enter your name and email address, you’ll be transferred to a chatbot. The chatbot can answer some commonly asked questions but for anything more complex you can select Talk to Human to speak to a live chat agent. Our experience with live chat was great! We were transferred immediately to someone who was responsive, friendly and professional.
Live chat is open 24/7 and you can use any language you like and the casino will try to facilitate it. However, if you need anything else, you can also email the casino at any time. In our experience live chat is the fastest way to get help. Unfortunately, we could not find an option for phone support.
Games at BetPortal Casino
The casino is packed with the latest games collection from popular providers. You’ll find thousands of online slots, jackpots, Megaways, bonus buys and more. There are more than 90 gaming providers which is impressive to say the least! When you enter the lobby, you’ll see these listed. With so many games available it can be overwhelming, especially if you’re new. Being able to select providers and filter games is a great feature here.
There’s also a search engine. So, if you have more experience or have some favourite games, you can use the search bar. I tested it and found any game I wanted within seconds. I also tested a few games which all played lovely. There are more than 7,000 slots available so you are spoiled for choice. Unfortunately, I could not see any information about the games RTPs. However, a feature I like here is that you can save your favourite games for future gaming sessions.
You can also try a selection of table games. I found just over 30 which isn’t a massive amount considering their slot portfolio is so big. Nevertheless, you can try the latest versions of online blackjack, poker, roulette and more. Or, you can choose the live casino games instead. This is way more impressive and home to more than 900 live rooms! You’ll find all the latest live dealers, live games and VIP tables.
Information available regarding RNG is available in the help section, should you need it. The casino clearly discusses their policy around the use of RNGs and game fairness which is great.
BetPortal Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino promotes responsible gambling although I was not able to find a responsible gambling page at the foot of the casino like most sites. I had to search the terms and conditions to find more information, prior to opening an account.
The good news is that the casino offers some tools that you can use to help with managing your gaming activities. You can set daily, weekly and monthly time management tools, session reminders and break notifications. You can also activate a reality check tool which acts as a pop up to remind you of the time you’ve been playing. These are a great set of time management tools!
You can also set deposit limits daily, weekly and monthly. There is an instant activation feature and 24-hour delay feature for increases and optional loss and wager limits. The casino has really impressed us with their selection of responsible gambling tools.
If you need to take a break you can do the following:
- Temporary cooling-off period - minimum 24 hours up to 6 weeks
- Self-exclusion - minimum 6 months up to 5 years
- Permanent account closure
Most of these tools are available through your account or you can contact the casino to activate them.
The games category is amazing with A LOT to choose from, the look is clean and easy to navigate aswell. The casino gives plenty of bonuses and i have won a fair bit more than i have deposited.
I have been waiting almost 2 days for my documents to be verified and i ask the support how much longer and they are telling me it will take another 24hours. Im not sure why this is happening as they have verified others i know throughout this time i have been waiting.
