Nothing apart from good selection of payment methods

No way of easily checking deposit and withdrawal history. Withdrawal left 5 days pending and no solution given by any chat rep even though all docs verified etc. I would not play here again due to the problems in withdrawing and the lack of any credible solution except just wait and wait. To me the pleasure in playing at a casino is taken away with withdrawing obstacles so for this reason I would not recommend this casino. Not sure why they have an above 8 on this site as most of these reviews are really old.

Nothing much coz I didn't really get the chance to explore all.

Saw the "stake £10 get £60" promotion so I decided to open an account. Put £10 and didn't receive nothing so I contacted for assistance through live chat. The staff told me to accept the offer so I asked him if he mind to stay on the line while I was doing it (with the hope that I got more guidance). I was trying to find the offer to be accepted and by mistake transferred the chip to real cash (and I HAVEN'T used any single penny of the fund). The page was a bit confusing for me anyway. So I went back to the live chat and told him what I've done and he said I should have not done it. So I asked him if there's anything he could do coz (once again) I HAVEN'T even played with the initial £10 and I really expected to get the bonus coz I love bonuses.. He said there's nothing he could do.

I played with so many online casinos, never once I found any customer support can do nothing about the bonus, in fact, most of them has the "power" to do something about it (at least they can ask the manager about it). It really seems that the customer support did not show any effort to help me out while he knew I was a new customer. Very disappointing.

They might have many customers in their list, one disappointed customer like me means nothing. However, I'm glad I can let it out here.

It used to be a good casino, I managed to win quite some money few years back but I deleted my account a while ago since the layout is old and sluggish. My few good points are:

- Fair in withdrawals - never had an issue with that
- Customer service is helpful

Betfred casino it is a place with Playtech software, and also with games section, where they collected games from pretty awesome software's, can't remember all, but there is rare games, ones I am actually remember - it is IGT.

Promotions and bonuses are not so great in my opinion. Sometimes casino send me an offers, but it is very rare reload bonuses, most times it is bonuses like cashback up to 10 euros or something like this. It is not really great, and am not big fan of cashback offers. And of course can be more nice to get probably something like tournaments, or freespins offers, but all they do it is such cashback offers, and very very rare they send me reload bonuses, which I usually did not claim.

I must say that I never made any withdrawals from this casino and i do not know how fast they process withdrawals, or how long they verify account, so unfortunately I can't say anything about it. But something tell me that since their customer support is good, they should process withdrawals fast too.
