My Experience with Betboom

Overall, nothing particularly special stood out about the casino, but there were a few things I enjoyed while I was playing.

I was a loyal player at Betboom for the following reasons—and because I consider myself a loyal person in general:

- Weekly reload deposit bonuses with three different amounts, all worthwhile.

- Occasional no-deposit spins depending on weekly activity.  
- Cashback percentage based on your level.

- Referral bonuses.  
- Payments: Deposits were easy, and withdrawals were very fast.
- Customer Service: This area needs improvement. I noticed that representatives often gave inconsistent answers to the same questions.
- Website: The web version looks good and is fairly intuitive once you get used to it. I tried the feature that lets you play up to four games in one window—great idea, but it often froze or bugged out. In fact, the site had random errors or slowness about four out of five times I visited.  
- App: The app is sometimes slow, and lately, more than usual. I don’t play much on my phone, but even with my Oppo Reno14 (a fast device), the app still struggled, and a computer with a 16-core processor and 6Gb video card.

Despite some of the issues I mentioned, things were running pretty smoothly for the most part.

Now, let me share a specific incident. I referred a friend at the end of February. My friend did everything as required, deposited on time, and followed all the rules. However, I was told that the referral didn’t count because they claimed my friend hadn’t deposited during a certain timeframe. That was discouraging, but I decided to remain loyal anyway.

At the beginning of this week, I was on level 13 and moving to level 14, which would reward me with 40 no-deposit spins reward. During those, I was able to see the challenges were back, I activated and was able to successfully over come challenge. So, a no-deposit 100 spins were awarded, and also at the same time I was able to move from level 13 to level 14, and I did lose money, anyway I activated the reward, the challenge, and when I went to play my other spins they were gone.

So I contacted support, spoke to a lady who said that she wasn't able to see them and that they were not awarded. Anyway, I didn't really make a fuss.

So today, a gentleman whom I told about the no-deposit spins that I won. He consulted with another team and was told that I cannot have two bonuses at the same time, but I had two bonuses in the past at the same time, but oh well.

What I tried to explain is that I didn't have control over their release, and the bonuses were from a different source, but they didn't care; they just told me that I cannot have two bonuses at the same time, one of which was cancelled.

So I been loyal to the casino for some time now and I have spend some money, taking into account my referral, and the bonuses I really got disappointed because they have no loyalty with a player who has been there for some time now.

The only thing I was requesting was my no-deposit 40 spins completed level reward, and did not awarded anything.

So in conclusion, regarding the specific moment that the bonuses got activated at the same time, is not something I could of controlled, in fact I was surprised I was able to complete both. The lack rational thinking and fairness to the player was absent, if there is a gray area that wasn't anticipated and someone got affected by it, there should team players who can be able to understand and try address that area and check how they can compensate a loyal player, but it didn't happened so I will no longer be using that casino anymore.
