Fun games like every other online casino. At first sight there is not much different then all the other casinos you can choose from. The layout is nice and it is easy to deposit very quick without many questions asked.
They have the bonus terms set to sham people. Will not pay when you win, they even take away the money I won. Should be shut down. Definitely No fairplay. Withdrawal is not possible. They ask too many docs and even when u send al of them they will find a way to cancel the withdrawal.

Quick and professional service through withdrawal process.
Sorted a disagreement quick, and stayed honest with me. They could easily have rejected my withdrawal, and I would have no chance to complaint about it. In stead they admitted their own mistake and honored my withdrawal.
I can't stress how much of a positive indicator that is.
Once my withdrawal was approved I got paid quick. Approved on Friday morning, money received Monday. Bank transfer. That's pretty much as quick as possible.
Again this is a very important indicator on how a casino runs its business. Thumbs up!
Only thing I can think of is the fact that your bonus money is only there to wager. Eg: you deposit 200 and get 200 bonus, play through wager requirements, and have 200+200 after that. Then upon withdrawal they will remove 200 bonus, and you are left with only 200. After you are done with wager.
This is not standard. It's not unfair or anything, just nice to know when you play.

Umm that’s a hard one to answer. Guess at the start when you join them they can’t do enough to help and the games they have are fun but others have the same.
This ones easy, customer service is extremely slow and I mean extremely slow. They have turned off live chat due to the covid which makes no sense as it’s got to be quicker and easier to communicate on that, not that it worked well anyway. You can now only send them and email but expect to wait a minimum of 10 hours to actually get a reply which normally isn’t helpful and you have to send another one and yes wait again?!?! There bonus offer sound great problem is they never work! Currently been waiting 2 days to sort out the free spins I’m owed from there bonus at the weekend. Just been told to clear browsing history and cache files and only use chrome. Really? Like I haven’t tried that already and tried on 3 different devices. Nothin works so assume there not really there. In conclusion by all means sing up to them but after a month don’t expect any help or support, there are many other casinos out there that actually want your business I would try them instead.

My concern right now is about my withdrawal of my winning. I actually have provided a lot of documents and I hoped they will consider it as I know I am lacking of statement of account as there is very limited access going to the bank because of lockdown issues due to covid.
Anyway, I know the process that they need to verify first and will take 3 to 5 working days before your winning gets deposited to your account. I hope they do a little bit of consideration on my case.

No proccesing of funds in the weekend. For example if you request a withdrawel on friday, they will process it on wednesday. According to there T&C it takes about 3 till 5 working days to process a withdrawel.

Withdrawel process is designed to lose your money. Their standard withdrawel timeframe is 3-4 working days, even if your account is verified. They just wait until this period is over before processing your withdrawel, a typical stalling tactic. I asked them how long it would take to process my withdrawel, they said; the finance department is working on it as we speak. So I assumed it would be processed the same day. But no, it still took 3 days. Do you understand it, well I don’t.

Nothing about this company. I deposited €100 total taking up no bonus offers. I won €1500. Went to withdraw. Was asked for documentation, sent them in, and they won't accept my bank statement. They then blocked my account & voided all my winnings. Making up excuses as to why they won't pay out.
Everything about them, there out to scam people, so please stay away from them. I have sent them numerous emails now & they have ignored every single one. They won't reply back, just robbed my money.
