General Information about Auf Casino
Auf Casino is an online casino site, open to selected markets around the world. Signing up is quick and easy and you can either use the desktop or mobile version. If you prefer mobile casinos, you can use the latest smartphones and tablets that support all the casinos games and features. You can also download the mobile app for Google Play and the App Store.
The casino is available in English and Russian, and once you’re a member, you can access the VIP Zone. Depending on your gaming activity, you could benefit from weekly cashback and no withdrawal limits. We’ll talk more about non-vip withdrawal limits as you read our online casino review.
Payment Information and Options at Auf Casino
Auf is a cryptocurrency casino supporting several different options to fund your account. Deposits and withdrawals are free of charge and the minimum amount varies. You’ll see the minimum limits once you open the cashier as they are too varied to include in our review.
If you win more than €50,000, the casino may split your withdrawals into daily or monthly instalments, except for progressive jackpots, which are paid in full.
To make a withdrawal, you must wager your deposit at least three times or more. If you win a substantial amount, these winnings may need to be confirmed by the game provider, which could extend your withdrawal waiting time beyond five hours.
Customer Support at Auf Casino
To quickly resolve any issues, or if you need any help and support, the casino has a live chat feature which is available 24/7. You can get an instant response to your questions, when you connect with one of their friendly customer service agents.
However, if you need help outside of live chat, you can email the casino at any time. The casino aims to respond to your messages within 24 hours.
The casino also has a Telegram channel, which means you can ask any questions here, too.
Games at Auf Casino
You’ll have access to thousands of online slots and casino games to keep you busy. The casino is home to multiple software providers, which can all be listed in the games lobby, and you can select your favourites. You can also use the search engine to find any game, from slots to tables. The casino has the latest slots, bonus buy titles and adds new online slots as they’re released.
There is no specific section for table games so we used the search engine to see what is available. We found versions of online blackjack, roulette, poker and other popular variations. You’ll also see a selection of instant win games and scratchcards, but there is a menu for these which is easier to navigate.
There is also a section for the live casino. If you enjoy the thrill of live casino games, you can entertain yourself around the clock and join other real players from around the world. There’s a good selection of rooms to choose from, including versions of Live Blackjack, Live Roulette and Live Poker.
Auf Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino is a responsible gambling operator and they want you to have a fun and enjoyable experience with them. The casino recognises that sometimes it’s hard to find the right balance which is why they support the self-exclusion feature.
Once you have registered an account, you can go to the Responsible Gambling section in your personal account and set a self-exclusion limit. You can also contact the casino by email at any time.
I was impressed with how fast I can withdraw from Auf after I played the games from the thousands of options you can play on the catalogue. There is also good support here, especially with the 24/7 live chat helping me resolve some issues I had.
I think this casino is good, but I think some improvements could be made in the responsible gambling aspect of the platform. I hope that the payment methods could be more diverse because crypto is the top choice, but offering fiat should involve giving out more options.
