What is unusual, however, is that the live chat is not available 24/7. Though it's open seven days a week, it only operates between 08:30 AM and 01:00 AM (CET).

Having said that, I was impressed by the live chat agents themselves. Across all my interactions, they gave speedy and accurate replies.
Lola in particular was extremely polite, down-to-earth and above all, knowledgeable.
