As the title says, they’re not processing my redemption. They advertise redemption will take 3-5 days but it’s been 8 days (May 5th is when I redeemed). It’s only ~$200 so I don’t understand why it takes so long. It hasn’t begun the process to hit my bank because it’s still claiming to be processing on their end.
