I am writing to file a formal complaint against 7Signs Casino for a serious failure to fulfill their responsible gambling obligations. Despite my clear and confirmed request for permanent self-exclusion, the casino failed to take timely action in line with their stated policies and licensing standards.


Detailed Timeline:

March 1, 2025 (4:46 PM): I reached out to 7Signs to request permanent self-exclusion due to my inability to control my gambling.

"Hello, I want to be self-excluded please. I play too much money."

March 1, 2025 (5:16 PM): I received a reply asking me to confirm my request.

March 1, 2025 (5:17 PM): I confirmed immediately:

"Yes, proceed please."

Despite this confirmation, 7Signs did not follow through. My account was left open, and I continued gambling and losing money while actively trying to stop.


Over the following weeks, I sent over ten additional messages requesting that my account be closed:


March 5, 2025: "I want to self-exclude please. I waste too much money."

March 14, 2025: "Can you please exclude me? I’ve been asking many times... please just do it."

March 20, 2025: "... answer please. That’s a shame."

April 14, 2025: "I’ve been sending you emails to exclude me for weeks… I sent around 10 messages… I kept spending so much money during that time."

April 18, 2025: "Can you exclude me please. I wasted too much money."

April 25, 2025: "Hello??????? Please exclude me? For how many months do I have to ask before you answer??"

Failure to Uphold Self-Exclusion Policy:

According to the Responsible Gaming section on the 7Signs website, accounts should be closed within 24 hours of receiving a self-exclusion request. This is a clear policy and also a licensing expectation under the Anjouan jurisdiction.


I followed all the steps they require: I contacted support, expressed my wish to self-exclude, and confirmed when asked. At no point do their terms state that a person must declare an addiction for the exclusion to take effect — and such a requirement would be both unfair and irresponsible.


I reviewed several responsible gambling policies across similar casinos, and all state simply:


"To self-exclude, contact our support team via email and your account will be closed within 24 hours."

There is no mention of needing to declare an addiction or use specific language.


Despite this, 7Signs allowed me to continue gambling for nearly two months following my confirmed request. During this period, I lost $2,190. To make matters worse, instead of taking action, one support agent even offered me a bonus — a response completely out of line with responsible gambling standards.


Account Closure Only After Pressure — With a Concerning Message:

My account was only finally closed on April 30, and only after I escalated the issue through a formal complaint.


Even then, the closure email included a message saying they would be “happy to reopen” my account at any time — despite the months of messages clearly stating I wanted permanent exclusion due to gambling harm. This highlights a deep misunderstanding of the seriousness of the issue and an alarming lack of safeguards for at-risk players.


What I Am Requesting:

A full refund of the $2,190 deposited and lost after March 1, 2025 — the date my exclusion request was confirmed.

A full investigation into 7Signs Casino for failing to uphold its responsible gambling commitments and for not protecting a vulnerable player in need.

This goes far beyond poor customer support. The casino failed to act on repeated, urgent requests to stop gambling, resulting in significant financial and emotional harm. Their policies are clear — but they did not follow them.

I would recommend avoiding this website.

I had previously self-excluded from their other brand and asked for it to be applied across their all brands, however they still let me register to their website. I also self-excluded from 7Signs, but they decided to re-open my account which is against the responsible gambling guidelines. I have sent them multiple e-mails regarding this matter, however their only response was that they are more than happy to re-open my account again if i ever decide to change my mind, which is yet another violation.

Still after three weeks of waiting they have not provided me with answer/solution regarding my refund request on this matter. Also, very poor customer service. Live agents are copy-pasting answers without even looking into my issue and support won't answer to my e-mails.

Refuses to close account. Chat refuses to close account, requires to send email. Sent 12 emails in total, account still not closed. Ongoing for few months already. Stay well away!

Was chatting with costumer support. Which mentioned that withdrawal could take up to 3 days. 3 days is to long for a withdrawal. That’s the reason for 7 points. If it’s faster I would make it 8 points.

Still I don't recommend play at this casino.
As I said, there is not as many players but still they pretend to be busy and everything take so long. If you try to speed it up, customer service is absolutely useless, maybe it is a robot with automatic answers, I am not sure.
Placed 2nd in the tournament, should received coins in €20 value, but did not. Customer service couldn't help.
Now I am waiting for my withdrawal to be processed, 4th day and still nothing happened.

The support is really slow and it takes forever to withdraw money. Nothing happens within a day, every single step takes (confirmation or change in withdraw method) at least two days if not more. It's not possible to set deposit limits either from the profile settings, but you have to contact the support.

They have a good selection of slots. I like the fresh & bright color theme on the site. That’s about it, just need to fill up the character count now.

For some reason, the payments won’t go through. I had to try multiple times to get a deposit through, and this happened more than once. Later I permanently closed my account and stated gambling addiction as the reason. A few days after this, I received a phone call from my Finnish bank - they had blocked a suspicious attempted money transfer from my account, and it turned out that the one attempting that money transfer from my bank account, was this scam of a casino, which tried to perform my 700 e deposit (which was initially unsuccessful) without any kind of approval from my side, several days after I had attempted the deposit and closed my account because of a gambling addiction. Fortunately, my bank was very aware & alert, and they blocked this translation. However, my Visa card had to be closed and I was mailed another one. Basically they tried to rob me out of my money (this is ”accidentally” the reason why so many deposits initially fail, whereas in other casinos they usually go straight through?), and I was saved from this only thanks to my excellent bank. If your bank won’t happen to be as excellent and alert as mine was; you might just get robbed anytime! So Please be aware & stay away for good!!

There is a VIP program which decides how much you can withdraw. I went from level 3 to level 2. I asked the support why, and they say that the level can decrease and upgrade depending on the activity of the account. Which means that the only way to get to a higher, is to lose. I was able to make a withdraw of 800 euros, after that it went down to lvl 2 and I had to wait 24h hours to withdraw 500 euros. I think it is a evil way of making sure that winners will lose their money. If I play a lot, and win/or lose, should make me a VIP and to level up, not just losing. After losing 3k euro after my 800 euro withdraw, and asking them to show me where in the terms and condition it says that the account level down when you win and withdraw money, I got no answer but a closed account.
This casino uses a very ugly way to make sure they have their money, and it is not just house edge.

It looks good. A lot of providers, convenient navigation on the site and a good bonus system. Good slot machine winnings (I won with $5- $200) But for me there were more negative factors.

A third of slot machines do not start or are unstable in the mobile version. It is impossible to reach the support service by phone from Russia, the line is always busy. The "Terms and Conditions" state that the application for payment is processed within three working days. In three working days, they did not even verify the account, postponed verification to the next week and said that only three days after verification they would pay the winnings.

There are many slot machines and other games here, the variety is quite good. I’ve never had any problems but I’ve seen some comments that some people had problems transferring their money, but I don’t think that it was some sort of fraud, maybe they had read the rules inattentively.
