I tried this casino following some advices I have seen in a forum, but it was frankly a disaster.
Choice of game is poor-ish and when I had to get my money thanks to the bonuses I didn't realise the wagering requirement so I couldn't. It is very annoying. Not even gonna mention the fact that to get some support it is a hassle.....

If I really need to write something positive about this casino, I would go for the quality of some of their game due to some good operators such as Betsoft + The 3D rooms which I love

Casinovo wrote me a mail without I signed up. Even when I self-excluded at Progressplay, they did spam me, typical Curacao operator.

Very dissapointed! They have social media promotion..... I applied it 2 week ago and still didn't get my free bonus! Live support also very strange..... one writing that this promotion is no yet available, other that its going but in my case I must wait!!!! Support mail is not replying at all! I have made many deposits....and now like that! Very bad attitude!!!!!

I saw this casino not so long ago, but not giving any free spins or chip I wasn't interested just because they have BetSoft games, well they had Endorphina games also, but not interested in their games too. So not so long ago I was browsing AskGamblers site and then I came across this casino, which offers exclusive no deposit bonus of 5 euros.

I really don't like promotions as this one, just because you need to sign up first then send an email, so they can approve or add the bonus in your account. As a no deposit bonus, must admit the wagering is pretty friendly, but as for the tiny bonus I cant say the same, just because 5 euros its to small amount, so I could play BetSoft games, knowing all their games starts with 0.2 coins.

So opened account, send email to their casino support, but not checking the same day, actually I checked after 2 days and didn't see the bonus. Right away I contacted their live support, which very friendly and they answered right away, telling me that bonus was added, but I guess my fault, because I didn't see it.

So seeing the new BetSoft game Glam Life and must admit I like the looks of that game, well much prefer to play that game rather then their 3D slots, so yes I choose to play this new game. Well just like I said, with 5 euros, there is not so much you can do, but always hoping it might happened to do something even with the tiny free chip as this one.

I played maybe for 5 minutes and I lost my 5 euros free chip, so ended with zero on my account. Casinovo is a Betsoft and Endorphina software powered casino and I joined them recently when I saw a free chip offer. Although the software's they have aren't my favorites, I cannot resist a no deposit bonus. After the signup, I wrote an email to their support and few hours later received an email saying my account has been credited with 5€. I didn't know anything about the wagering for the bonus and since they don't have live chat (but on their page it says that soon there will be one) I decided to just have a little fun.

Game selection seemed nice and I chose to play At The Movies slot which is one of my favorite from Betsoft. Game loaded quickly and I placed 0.50€ bets per spin. (I don't like the fact that minimum coin size is 0.02€ because then even playing on 25 line slots the minimum bet will be 0.50€). Soon enough I received 8 free spins and increased balance to 14€. But it was pure beginners luck, after free spins the game turned into a dead mode and I lost balance quickly.

The next day I came back with a 30€ deposit. I chose to play the same slot with with the same minimum bets. I made only 3 spins when I received free spins feature. 8 free spins paid me 7.90€ so I wouldn't really complain. I started to play 100 spins after that and overall received 2 more free spins rounds and increased balance for 40€.Then I had a feeling that I have to change the game and I always trust my guts on this, so I switched to play Live Blackjack. The minimum bet was 5€ per hand and I won only 2 times, then I just lost all my balance quickly. That's why I am not a fan of 5€ minimum bets, I rarely have luck with them and even with my 70€ balance I managed to make around 16 bets which isn't much.

I guess Casinovo just isn't my lucky casino or it just wasn't my day, because otherwise the overall appearance of the casino was really nice, live game quality was good and the game selection was really wide. The only minus is that they don't have a live support, but on their page it says they soon will improve that, but at least their email support was fast and nice. I think they are definitely worth trying but I won't be making another deposit there anytime soon.
