Strange reason not to pay my win

I started playing in Casinovo in November last year. In the middle of January i ran into a trouble here. This was when I had a win of 2 000 EUR, actually, my first win here. I verified my account and then proceeded to withdraw my win but unfortunately this was not possible. The casino told me that there were some troubles with the wire transfer to Germany. I chatted with them a couple of times but got no hint as for how i could actually withdraw my money. It has been one and a half month since I had my documents verified and i had no result as for the withdrawal of my money. What kind of problem is this, i cannot imagine...
