Won't pay my wins

I did 1.deposit 80 euro, and got bonus 80 euro. before this I asked chat agent :did this bonus have max cashout or not, he answered that no. Ok I won 1800 euro, but that casino forfeited 1000 euro, in their bonus conditions were mentioned, that I can withdraw only x10 my deposit. Ok. I put to withdrawal 800 euro. But they dont want to pay me at all. my account is verified. support lie to me every day that they payed me today. But it lasts a few day.

In your site information that withdrawals take up to 2 days. I am waiting a week, ( my account verification was done a week ago). Chat support lie to me every day. I wrote to payment department 3 times last week, they dont answer me.

Strange reason not to pay my win

I started playing in Casinovo in November last year. In the middle of January i ran into a trouble here. This was when I had a win of 2 000 EUR, actually, my first win here. I verified my account and then proceeded to withdraw my win but unfortunately this was not possible. The casino told me that there were some troubles with the wire transfer to Germany. I chatted with them a couple of times but got no hint as for how i could actually withdraw my money. It has been one and a half month since I had my documents verified and i had no result as for the withdrawal of my money. What kind of problem is this, i cannot imagine...
