General Information About Bitkingz Casino
Bitkingz is owned by Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica, and operates under e-gaming licence 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission and licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 from the Anjouan Gaming Authority.
While both regulators provide oversight, they are less stringent than authorities such as the UKGC, which can affect areas like dispute resolution.
Bitkingz has a 9.1/10 AskGamblers score and an even higher 9.2/10 player rating. Nearly 2,000 players have reviewed the casino, with recent feedback largely positive. Older negative reviews mainly mention KYC, bonuses and withdrawals, which may no longer reflect the current experience.
Over five years, Bitkingz has had 16 resolved AskGamblers complaints, with just two rejected for valid reasons, including breaches of the casino’s Terms and Conditions. The casino typically responds within two days and fully handles complaints within eight.
My own experience started smoothly, with a straightforward registration requiring only my email, phone number and a password. I also completed KYC before playing, submitting proof of identity, age and address, including a valid passport. Although Bitkingz allows up to 30 working days for verification, my documents were approved the same day.
Players can claim an exclusive AskGamblers welcome package with 100 Free Spins using code AG100, followed by a 200% deposit match up to €200 and 200 Free Spins with code AG200.
For my review, I tested Bitkingz’s own August 2026 welcome offer, split across the first three deposits:
1st deposit: 150% up to €1,000 and 100 Free Spins
- 50 spins credited across two days on John Hunter and the Mayan Gods by Pragmatic Play
- Bonus Code: BK1
2nd deposit: 100% up to €1,500 and 150 Free Spins
- 50 spins credited across three days on Pink Elephants by Thunderkick
- Bonus Code: BK2
3rd deposit: 50% up to €2,500 and 250 Free Spins
- 50 spins credited across five days on Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play
- Bonus Code: BK3
The minimum deposit is €20 for each offer. Free Spins are spread across several days and apply to selected games.
Both bonus and Free Spin winnings carry 45x wagering requirements, above the industry standard. Deposit bonuses give players a month to complete wagering, while Free Spins must be activated within 24 hours and their winnings wagered within seven days.
The maximum bet while wagering is €5, and contribution varies by game type. Live games contribute nothing, while table games, classic slots and video poker contribute 5%. Slots generally contribute 100%, with some exceptions listed in the bonus Terms and Conditions.
Finally, Bitkingz’s promotions, including the welcome offer, vary by jurisdiction, so I recommend checking the applicable terms for your location.
Payment Information and Options at Bitkingz Casino
I appreciate how transparent Bitkingz is about banking. The Payments section clearly lists available deposit and withdrawal methods, limits, processing times and fees.
The casino offers 20+ fiat payment methods and 10 cryptocurrencies, including Litecoin, Cardano and Dogecoin. Crypto transactions use the real-time exchange rate via Coinbase Converter, although fiat-to-crypto exchanges are not available.
Bitkingz accepts 19 currencies, including euros, US dollars, Brazilian real, Japanese yen and Norwegian krone.
Most fiat methods have a €20 minimum and €4,000 maximum per transaction. Exceptions include Apple Pay deposits, capped at €1,500, and Bank Wire withdrawals, capped at €1,000. Crypto payments have no upper limits and are fee-free.
Deposits and withdrawals are usually processed instantly, although bank transfer withdrawals can take three to ten working days. My Neteller withdrawal arrived within four hours. Actual payout times can vary depending on the method and verification status, while intermediary banks may charge up to €16 for bank transfer withdrawals.
Additional withdrawal limits include €2,500 daily, €5,000 weekly and €20,000 monthly, unless otherwise stated in promotional T&Cs. VIP players may receive higher limits, while wins above €20,000 can be paid in monthly instalments. Progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full.
Promotional winnings may have maximum withdrawal limits. For example, no deposit bonus winnings are capped at €50, so I recommend checking both the bonus and individual promotion T&Cs.
Finally, accounts become dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, resulting in a €20 monthly fee until the balance is depleted. To avoid this, players can close their account by emailing [email protected] and withdrawing their available balance, or reactivate it by logging in and placing a wager.
Customer Support at Bitkingz Casino
Bitkingz’s main support channel is 24/7 live chat, available in 17 languages, including English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic and Bosnian.
Opening the chat is simple: just click the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner. If you’re not logged in, you’ll only need to provide your name and email before being connected to an agent.
I contacted live chat several times, both logged in and as a guest, and was always connected immediately to a knowledgeable real agent, with no AI or bot greeting.
One interaction with Valerie stood out. When I asked about closing an account, she explained within a minute that this could be done directly through live chat or by emailing [email protected]. She also checked whether I needed any further help before ending the conversation.
Most of my chats took less than five minutes, and I always got the answers I needed. Bitkingz doesn’t offer phone support, but in my experience, I didn’t find it necessary. Personally, I’d only use email if I needed to self-exclude.
Games at Bitkingz Casino
Bitkingz offers 5,000+ games from nearly 130 software providers, with an especially strong live casino selection of almost 1,200 titles. Alongside classics like blackjack, roulette and baccarat, I found plenty of game shows and less traditional options, including bingo and keno, from studios such as Evolution, Playtech and Pragmatic Play Live.
Slots are another major strength, with categories covering features like Bonus Buy, high volatility and Megaways, plus almost 100 crash games. With more than 3,700 jackpot slots alone, I appreciated the filters by supplier, game type and the option to save favourites.
The random game button is another useful touch when I’m looking for something new. Some titles also offer a free ‘play for fun’ mode, although I had to log in and switch the currency to ‘FUN’ to use it.
I was disappointed that Bitkingz doesn’t provide third-party RTP or RNG testing. However, the casino cannot alter the games’ technical information, as these are controlled by the suppliers and follow their advertised mathematical specifications.
During testing, I played Tanked by Nolimit City and Plinko 2 by BGaming and found both performed well, with clear graphics and no glitches. Performance was also consistent between real-money and demo play.
For mobile casino gamers, Bitkingz’s PWA works to the same standard as the desktop site. I tested it on my iPhone 16 and found games quick to access, with a reliable connection on both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Bitkingz Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Many online casinos support responsible gambling without offering enough useful tools. In my experience, Bitkingz does better, with options to set deposit, wager and loss limits, as well as session time limits and short-term cool-offs.
Players can also self-exclude for flexible periods, from a day or week to a month or longer. Most tools are quick to apply through the dedicated Responsible Gambling tab in the account profile, while self-exclusion requires contacting live chat or [email protected].
I tested the cool-off feature and found that it activated immediately, with the page refreshing automatically. I couldn’t deposit while it was active and received no promotional emails. Once my account was fully reinstated, Bitkingz notified me by email.
For additional support, Bitkingz is affiliated with organisations including Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy.
Players appreciate the wide selection of games and the user-friendly interface, which makes navigation easy and enjoyable. Many also highlight the generous bonuses and promotions, along with fast withdrawals and responsive customer support.
