I did not like this casino one bit other than their selection of games. They are very rude. Their verification process for kyc is nothing but a lead to nothing. You give them everything they ask for and they ask for more with never and end until there is an end and they ask you for something that cannot be given ie bank information that even Banks can't provide. This happened to me after winning money and trying to withdraw it on a deposit of my own cash with no bonuses. I gave them what they asked for. They asked for more. I gave them that then they continued to ask for more. I gave them that then they asked for more yet I gave them that then they asked for something that could not be provided and they asked for it while there was a time change and they wanted it on a day where the time had changed where I'm from to the next day and they wanted it from the day before or vice versa. It was an impossible feat that could not be provided along with a bank slip that could not hold all the information they were asking for. I even went into my bank and asked the teller who then called her supervisor who replied to me. That is something we cannot provide. The info they asked for.
