AstroPay, an online payment service, has introduced a cryptocurrency offering that allows customers to buy and sell bitcoin via the company's platform and mobile app.
The Big Launch
Online payment provider AstroPay has launched a cryptocurrency offering that allows clients to purchase and sell bitcoin through the company's platform and mobile app.
As explained, users can now exchange cryptocurrencies without paying any purchase, trading, transfer, or maintenance fees, making the service cost-effective.
CEO of Astropay, Mikael Lijtenstein, said they are ecstatic to announce the debut of their cryptocurrency offering, which places them at the forefront of global payment options.
“With this offering, we want to serve younger users who are more inclined to trade cryptocurrencies as they are digital natives”, explained Lijtenstein.
“AstroPay has been operating with cryptocurrencies for over two years and we decided that now is the right time to offer our users the option to trade these digital assets,” he said.
Cutting-edge Technology on the Rise
Bitcoins, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoins, and Cardano are all supported by the digital wallet, which may be purchased in local currency or US dollars.
The procedure is straightforward, and customers can do it via the app or on the web. The user must first select the trading option, after which they must complete a few simple steps to purchase cryptocurrencies using a variety of local payment methods available in each country.
AstroPay’s crypto launch demonstrates the company's dedication to continuing to assist merchants and users by embracing cutting-edge technology.
“The cryptocurrency market’s size has expanded exponentially since Bitcoin was launched a few years ago and we believe the sector is poised for further exponential growth, especially driven by the new Web 3.0,” concluded Lijtenstein.
