I have been waiting for a redemption. I won 1600 and 200. I tried to get through ACH, but the response from CS was. I checked with my bank, all info correct, tried to redeem, failed again. I sent a screenshot when asked, nothing again. Tried skill still has not received redemption. The 200.00 dollars have disappeared from the log. Now CS will not reply. I have spent a lot of money, but still can not receive the redemption of 1600 and 200. I will give a better review if CS pays as promised....
