One day I was looking at AskGamblers list of casinos and I wanted to try something new, so I checked software I am not familiar with at all, that's how I found BetCRIS casino. They are powered by Digital Gaming Solutions and 21GNET software and when I searched for casinos with 21GNET software, this was the only one that wasn't closed. After visiting their page and hearing from their live support that they accept players from my country, I signed up and since I wanted to have a bit of fun, I made a 25€ deposit using Neteller.

Looking at their page, you can see that their main focus is on sports games. They have sports and live betting for many games. That isn't really my cup of tea. After I made my deposit, I couldn't find a casino there, although the support previously told me they have casino part. With this question I visited live support again and a really nice lady, after asking my accounts secret phrase, told me they don't offer casino at the moment. And the reason was "Is a restriction that your country has, my apologies". I was kind of frustrated, because if the previous Customer Service person would have told me that I could only play betting games, I wouldn't have signed up.
I have no clue about sports bets and I never play them, but since I had money in my account, I decided to use it. I used all of my money for Basketball and Baseball bets but I obviously lost all my money.

I think this casino is a good place for everyone who's into betting games but I'm not the person. Sure I needed to be more careful and check everything before depositing, but I trusted support when at first I was told they have casino, so I didn't think I would be restricted to play at that part. Comparing to other casinos that have betting games, the variety they offer was good, but their overall appearance seemed kind of old fashioned, they should improve their game selection and design. Won't be depositing again.

BetCRIS is one of the latest casinos I had played with and the software that has launched this casino room and it is the first time I am hearing about this software which is the Digital gaming solutions and this software also turned out to be quite good and they have a very wide variety if games to offer to the users.

The casino was established in 1998 and I was shocked to know that because I had never heard about this casino ever in my life. They have been licensed by Costarica.

Their design of the site id very good and interesting and I loved how they have put so many efforts to make the games interesting for us and this shows their concern towards their users.
I tried to deposit 20 but it said that the minimum amount you can deposit from neteller is 25 and i then had to deposit 25 but I was ok with just 5 extra dollars. They have very less table games which made me very sad because I love playing poker and they only have a couple of poker games and it was not cool for me at all. They also have a sports book going on besides the casino which is really cool but I think there are some problems for players in India betting some sports so I did not bother checking into that section. They have tried very hard but the site does not look very attractive and at least not to me.

Their support is very nice and whats funny is that they speak English like Latin Americans and even write like that and it is actually very funny. I would have used some free spins and a larger variety in table games other than that every thing was just fine.

Honestly, I don't like this casino because of my bad experiences. The site, main page and the download versionof BetCris casino is okay and fine for me but they're not so much professional like the other good casino that i play before. I sign up to their casino because I saw on their website that they give 15% signup bonus and 100% slot bonus to their new players and also I want to try their sporting bet games. At first I thought that I can get their 15% bonus but when I asked their representative she said that in order to claim it I need to deposit at least "$50" and for the slot bonus I need to deposit at least "$100. I stunned after I read it because I only got $35 on that time. So I decided to deposit without using their bonuses I asked and checked if I'm able to deposit at least $35 she said that I can if I have Neteller account because the minimum amount for Neteller processor deposit is $25 and maximum of $10000.

After that I deposited $35 via my Neteller account and everything is now ready to start. BetCris also offer not only classic casino games but also sport betting games and some bingo. I play their slots and live games (including sporting bets). The first days was good and I managed to get $5-$10 but days had passed I'm bit worried because my credits was slowly depleted. I can't stop it and instead I play it until my money deplete all.
Anyway although I lost it all it's okay because I experience their casino and I will say that it's a good experience playing to their casino. The good thing about their casino is when I saw that they have foundation! A foundation for education and others that's why I'm happy to their casino.

Overall even though I didn't experience their withdrawal. I rate them 8/10 overall excluding the finance.

BetCris is much more than just a casino, it's actually one of the better gambling portals for want of a better word. Even though it's based in Costa Rica, it's not one of the casinos that you need to turn your nose up at. It's been around for years and it's actually got a decent reputation.

The casino gives you a 100% bonus if you join up but it is limited. The casino bonus is only to be used to play slot games, and it has a 35 times playthrough - nonetheless, I obviously did not take it, since its not the best offer on the planet. There are other offers you can use if you want to be a poker player or a sportsbetter, but we will focus on the casino games.

The casino is based on 21Gnet which offers a very different selection of games. The game choice it has to be said is not the widest in the world, but they do offer table games, card games and slot games. They also offer extra little competitions throughout the day. There are casino tournaments to play to go for mini pots of $50 - its about a $5 buy in to try them out. Whereas there are many casinos that offer slot based tournaments and competitions, they also give you blackjack competitions. Overall, its not really worthwhile playing if you are not an avid player and I did not try although I was tempted. There is only one blackjack game, 3 poker games and 1 roulette and 1 craps game to try out. These games have decent graphics and are very reliable games to try - the odds are typical of online casinos. The slot games are slightly different - the minimum bet size was $1 a spin, which is quite a hefty amount to play - I didn't realise that people in Costa Rica had so much money to throw away - but obviously it was one to avoid.

Overall this casino is reputable but it does not really put much effort into attracting people to play at its casino. I would guess that its mainly a sportsbook with a casino on the side, and I can't give it a very high rating because of it.

I would rate at 6/10 - slightly below average, although on the surface where it matters there is nothing 'wrong.'

I have never tried casinos running this software before, and I was curious to see how it all works, so I decided to test it.

Before registering at BetCRIS, I merely took the time to check a few details about this casino by doing some research on the Internet. I found it blacklisted on a significant number of websites because of non-payment reason, especially with its business partners. But this fact only strengthened my desire to check out by myself.

My first disappointment was when I visited the website: poorly designed, unprofessional, disorganized and containing unstructured and poor information about bonuses as well as the terms and conditions. I already played on dozens of online casinos, but I never saw such a chaotic website.

What anchored me even more in my distress was their unprofessional live chat support. At first, I did not have trouble starting the live chat, I saw an online representative, I said “Hello” and I began to ask him questions, including bonuses, the wagering requirements and the terms and conditions. After chatting a few minutes, I realized that the person in front of me was completely mistaken, even more hitting wide the mark. The customer support representative was absolutely unable to respond to the simplest issues such as: “What is your current offer on the sign-up bonuses?”. He was not aware of anything and responded very vaguely. When he didn’t know how to respond, He showed me copy- pasted information that were absolutely insignificant and had nothing to do with what I was looking for.
A while after, I said to myself that where there is smoke there is fire. This incident made me finally took the drastic decision to not join BetCRIS.

I think that it is with good reason that this casino has a bad reputation. I therefore advise all those who want to play and have a good time on a reliable online casino to imperatively avoid BetCRIS, otherwise you are only going to waste your time and your money. There are hundreds virtual places where you can play safely and benefit from excellent services.

I see that the games are powered by 21GNET software. I never heard about it, but I am a noob in this domain anyway.

Their website does not look very professional. Many images related to football, (almost) naked girls near foot balls etc. It Is really hard for me to distinguish and find anything on the website. I clicked on one of their promotion and I was redirected to their promotion page, which is also not very helpful. I see that the casino is only for poker and roulette (correct me if I am mistaken).

I try to deposit 20$ but everything is just so confusing! I can’t find anything on their website. I talk to their support team, but did not get any concise answer about my bonus. After I get angry I let go of my thought of getting a bonus and I start playing. I find the slots (under Casino- Play free Casino Games- slots). They have 10 types of slots, in total about 30 slots. All of them are very low quality and look like they were designed by my 9 year old brother 
Of course I lost my 20$- lucky me there were only 20! And say to myself that I will never, ever should I play again on this casino.

I would never recommend this casino. Everything about it is bad and completely unprofessional.
