Betonline is a complete mess. The whole time I’ve been using them (about 3 years) I have done nothing but spend more and more money dumping it into the slots just to receive three scheduled withdraws. They have stolen money from me 5 times. They don’t allow you to talk to anyone who will actually help resolve your case. They argue with you about what you have been experiencing and they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about when you contact them over and over and after providing them with EVERY SINGLE document they need for the dispute when the deposit money vanishes out of your bank account and not into the funds on their betting platform, you are given the run around and they make you wait for weeks and never resolve the issue. You get your payments processed by a different payment processor every single transaction. I assume that is to defer the liability onto a “third party” when they straight up rob you out of your hard earned money you tried to place bets or play casino with. I haven’t received my money and I have had it taken out of my account most recently for 113.00 on last Saturday and after notifying them of the problem immediately and the following morning and that afternoon and speaking with multiple representatives who make you sit there and wait on them to “look into this matter for you”, they make you wait an extended period of time on their chat and it normally just times you out. Makes you reconnect with someone else and then you start again. Finally if they respond to you via email after three or four days of trying to escalate the complaint and issue regarding THEIR shifty business practices, they will tell you that you need to provide all the same documentation over again. They think you will just give up and that’s what they are hoping for all while you are out the money and won’t ever get it returned back to you not one single red cent. The last message I received they told me it wasn’t their processor that made the transaction. That they weren’t responsible for the charge when I showed them the receipts, times and immediately reported the failed deposit as soon as it happened. They are pretending like it isn’t them now.
I think it’s pretty sad that they won’t honor their loyal customers with anything better than this whole distrust and not being trustworthy standard of their business practices. I can’t believe how shady they are.
I’m done with them. I’ve wagered almost fifty thousand dollars and that’s what I get is my money stolen from me that many times. I hope there is a class action lawsuit and people report them to the federal trade commission.
Literally everything they are the most shady operating business on the internet. I can’t stand how dirty the website is and after reading everyone else literally saying the exact same thing I’m sure next I will be banned from the site and locked out of my account this is ridiculous.

Been using them for several years and they always pay quickly and with no hassle. Some lines they allow rebets on, some lines they only let me bet 50 bucks on with no rebet option.

Slashed limits for some of the props I bet on to 50 bucks which is a joke in 2024. Live betting limits sometimes even less than that. Betting 10 bucks on a live bet is not fun when I want to bet 500.

SCAM ALERT! I deposited $250 with a 100% Bonus code. I should have gotten $500. I enetered the code in the cashier and it said it was accepted so I proceeded with my $250 deposit but NO BONUS. I called and spoke to some guy in Panama City. He told me I already used my code. I guess it is good 3X and it worked when I deposited $25 I got a bonus 3x. Poker tables on this site are overrun by bots. Admin says it's up to the players to report. I reported 6 bots with 3 days worth of hand histories about a month ago and they have yet to do anything about it. I suspect the bots work for the site. Strong warning against this site for poker players.

I’ve been placing bets with BetOnline for many years. I often win a lot, but tend to bet big and sometimes it slips away. However, I did recently cover a huge parlay and cashed out the maximum $24,900 and was paid within a week.I recently started playing there online slots and they do hit! I’ve had huge wins on there slots, in the thousands anywhere from $2,000 to $8,000 but I bet big, sometimes risking $90 per spin.

I’ve won a lot of money sports betting this site, but I’ve lost so much of it in the beginning simply by accepting the bonuses. The moment you accept a bonus you literally have to jump through hooos to make a withdrawal. They say you can’t withdrawal until 30 days after the bonus was issued. So if you hit on your wagers and after 7 days you want to withdrawal your money, they will not because you have to satisfy your bonus requirements. Which is roll it over 40 times (I think) or wait 30 days. Well what does a gambler do with his funds that are sitting in the account another 21 days? He gambled it away.

They won't let me withdraw my money, they keep stalling. Customer service is terrible, it's like talking to a wall. I'm thinking of pursuing legal action against them in Panama.

The best thing i can say is that they are the middle of the road kind of sportsbook. And it seems they are committed in improving their glitches that get extremely annoying and old very quickly.

Bonuses. Yes every casinos secret weapon. It seems their rollovers are a bit higher than others i have used and there is absolutely no leniency when it comes to withdrawals. Either rollover full amount or you get jacked. Where as another site i used had the same rollover rules except if you wanted to withdraw, you could give them the bonus amount back and whatever portion of your winnings from your first bet that was derived from the bonus.
I do like their live betting, although it could use some updates to keep pace with other sites but still acceptable for any kind of gambler you may be.

Fees regarding withdrawals. The other two i have used allows for a free withdrawal every month where they dont. And their wire transfer fees are significantly higher than others i use as welln make a withdrawal is a bit ridiculous, especially if you hadn't taken any bonus.

For new customers i would suggest not to take the bonuses unless you plan to be doubling down for a lot of bets to kill the rollover. Also its they lower of the bet that counts towards your rollover, for example if you wager 1000$ on mich -1000 and win, then only the 100$ you win will be applied to the rollover, so be aware of that as well.
and for new customers, make sure you dont need that money you deposited because of the 30day wait period (if there isnt any inpending rollover) .

Do not use Betonline. I have been a betonline customer for over 6 years and they will no longer pay me bonuses because I have placed future wagers. I called to get customer service and couldn't get any. I have used Bravada and they give me those same bonuses.

i joined this casino because a friend of mine had referred me to this casino and i had no other option other than joining this one. Bet soft is not a very nice software and i am no its biggest fan. The minimum deposit with skrill is 10$. It is a very little amount, so I signed up quickly and made a 25$ deposit to enjoy their games.
