Diamond Vapor

This is probably the ONLY game created themed on e-cigarettes, or better known as vape. Vaping was a new trend when this game was launched somewhere back in 2017, if I’m not mistaken, and I was quite surprised when I saw a winning screenshot posted by a member in the forum screenshots thread. I’ve only played a few of Endorphina’s game, my favourite being Geisha, but I was tempted to try out this Diamond Vapor game, just to see how the game would play.

Looking at the paytable, I must admit that I wasn’t impressed at all. The win values of all the symbols in play were quite low, so getting huge wins would be almost impossible, unless you get a screenfull of the high paying symbols. This is possible because the game plays with an expanding symbol feature during the free spins game, similar to the one in Book games, and with similar 10 playlines too. In the base game, the winning symbols do not expand.

Well, I enjoy playing Book games, right from the emergence of the Book Of Ra game by Novomatic many years ago, and still playing a few selected Book games that I still like, but where Diamond Vapor is concerned, it didn’t catch my interest at all. Why? Simply because I didn’t get any nice win from my few play sessions on it, couldn’t even get a simple 50x win in fact, so no more plays from me from thereon. Would I give this game a fresh new try after all these years? Hmm...I don’t think so. I still prefer my old fashioned tobacco cigarettes and I never got into vaping either. I cannot imagine how a diamond flavoured vape would taste like...that diamond vapour would most probably taste of carbon! Hahaha.

Impossible, diamonds are solid and cannot vaporize, right?

Aah, Endorphina, a software that is still confuses us with it's games. Every pro gambler knows that Endorphina is like Jekyll & Hyde, it could be a monster that crushes our balance like a cracker but it could also be very sweet and nice like a lolly pop or ice cream. My experience with Endorphina's latest release Diamon Vapor was actually very pleasant.

First, I would like to say that the graphics are outstanding, very high def and nice to look at. This also applies to the sound fx, very top notch and that's probably the reason why their games could be addictive. Sadly, there's no story to it and I think it could be more interesting if a story is applied to this game. To me, playing slots is not only to win big but a story could make the gameplay more interesting and it also keep the players playing longer than normal. I know this because when I played a game with a story, I always consider to make another deposit when my balance went low and most of the times I did. I wouldn't do this to other games.

Diamond Vapor reminds me of a Play'n Go game with the name Book of Dead. 3 or more scatters trigger the free spins feature, in this feature, 2 or more of the highest symbol will expand and fills the reel with it and for the lowest symbols applies 3 or more them in order to win. I like Book of Dead and automatically I like Diamond Vapor too.

I've played this game only once and that one time I managed to win 250x bet in the free spins mode. I was kinda surprised that I was that lucky and with lucky, I mean after the big win, I kept playing and the second bonus round was triggered within 10 spins after and won a small amount of 70x bet. This happens very rarely. Of course, after the second win, another bonus feature never came and it's a perfect time to stop playing.

Diamond Vapor is to me one of Endorphina's best game this year and Book of Dead fans could like this game also.

I think I never imagined seeing a video slot with a theme based on the consumption of electronic cigarettes and pipes; however, we must accept that these things are part of our new culture, especially in big cities.

Precisely, at the beginning of this year, “Endorphina” has released “Diamond Vapor” slot, whose theme is inspired by such e-cigarettes, and although so far this slot seems not to have become so popular, it must be recognized that it is a game that certainly has been provided with very interesting special features.

Although this slot only has 10 pay lines, I think that during the base game it behaves acceptably; however, I consider that during the free spins round, its winning potential greatly increases, mainly due to the feature that causes that regular symbols involved in a winning combination they expand throughout the entire reel, which means that we will have 2 or more entire reels filled with the same symbol, and as once it happened to me, there is the possibility that we form lines with several symbols, in which case, the machine completely fills the corresponding reels with the first symbol, calculates the partial payout, then erase and re-fill the reels with the following symbol with which we got a 2+ of a kind line; and repeating the process if there is a third symbol forming another line.

During free spins I have won up to 101 times my total bet, but I think with a little more luck, it is possible to get even bigger payouts, especially if you get many reels with the diamond symbol since this is the best-paid symbol in the game; just one line of 5 of a kind pays 1,000 credits, ten lines would pay 10,000 credits in the case you manage to get this symbol full stacked on all the reels.

In my first session, I was able to finish with a balance in favor; I just hope this slot has the ability to give me many more successful sessions in the next few days; for the moment, I think it's a slot that deserves a try, especially if you're a regular player of slots produced by Endorphina, and if you also like 10-line slots, of course.
