Cuddles Royal

Honestly speaking, I’ve never played any of Lady Luck games before, in fact I didn’t even know that this provider exists, until I started playing at a Highweb casino. That too was because the game Cuddles Royal was/is one of the listed Bonus games that can be played with bonus money, so I gave it a try. I love cats, but so far, not one of any cat games have become my favourite, except for two cats, huge cats, jungle cats in fact, namely a lion and a panther, hahaha.

One thing I like about Cuddles Royal is the availability of selectable playlines, although it only offers 2 choices, either 5 or 20 lines, with a starting bet of either 5 or 20 cents, but whenever I have enough credits in my balance, I would always play with the full lines. I was rather shocked to see the win values of all the symbols in this game, because they are so extremely low, values that are usually used in Kiloways and Megaways games, but really not suitable for any 20 lines games! Imagine getting 5 of the top paying Cat symbols and it pays only a 5x win! A normal game would pay anywhere from 200x down to about 50x, so a 5x win is really yucky!

On top of that, the Wild, Scatter and Bonus symbols are all non-paying as well, so there’s so many lost chances of extra wins being omitted out. The Wilds or Scatters should have been made to pay around 50x to be fair enough to players, but this isn’t the case. Anyway, getting 3, 4 or 5 Scatter symbols would award 10, 15 or 30 free spins, but without any win multiplier, which is also very disappointing. Getting 3 more Scatter symbols during the free spins play would only award 5 more free spins, so this sucks as well. The only special feature being offered is one random low symbol turning into one random Cat symbol, to increase the winning chances, but that is really insufficient enough to make any good difference in the wins.

The Bonus game is a pick-me kind of game, where picking one Cat would award a win multiplier, whilst picking the boxes would award cash wins. I’ve never really liked this kind of Bonus game, as they hardly ever give any good wins, and the Bonus game here is just the same. The free spins games didn’t pay that well either, sad to say, because I couldn’t get any good wins from them, ranging from a lowly 8x, up to my best win of 116x. All were as expected of course, in view of the extremely low win values of the symbols, and the absence of any win multiplier, so I don’t think any win could go above 200x!

Cuddles Royal is a low volatility game, it doesn’t pay big wins, but it doesn’t eat that much credits either. Either way, you can only like this game, or simply don’t like it. Mine is the latter.
