I had requested $1045.00 withdrawl on 8-30-2016. I faxed all docs 9-2-2016. A week later live chat said all docs recieved 10 days to approve, 10-15 more days to payout plus delivery time. Again live chat told me to keep waiting approved...Today 23RD day. 9-23-2016 All of a sudden with several unanswered attempts to contact anyone at cool cat via phone or chat I logon and find the money back in my account saying denied withdrawl contact customer service. After a longtime of being passed around chat finally someone says no withdrawl request on file??? then another guy said no docs on file. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I have original fax confirmation in hand as well as chat record , URGENT assistance would be greatly appreciated. considering chat told me there is no phone number to call regarding such matters???, . I feel very frustrated like Im being ripped off by a fraudulent scam.

Hi Janese--

I'm so very sorry about this. I've looked at your account and genuinely, we don't have your documents on file and without them, we cannot move forward with your withdrawal. I believe you when you say that you've already faxed them, however for whatever reason, we don't have them.

I'm sending you a PM here at Ask Gamblers with the addy to send the documents to. Once we have those documents, I'll ask that your withdrawal be expedited. I'll be sure to keep you up-to-date with everything.
