Withdrawal nightmare!
after 2 chat sessions where i was told i was unable to withdraw to paypal due to unfinished games and bonuses (which would take upto 72 hours for tge relevant department to sort out) i was advised that aslong as i took my id to the store i could withdraw my £600 there,after a call to customer services from the store as they were also unable to withdraw it i was told that the checks were being made if i wait in store for 10 mins they could then do it,40 mins then passed for the store cashier to still not be able to withdraw for me and need to call customer services again to then be told that the manager has said we will need you to go and send copies of the cards registered to the account before we can process the refund!an hour i have now been standing in the shop i was then told that i could have it refunded to my original bank card registered instead which he would do over the phone right then for me,i agreed to this as i was begining to get slightly fed up wasting my own time being told different things so agreed and accepted that i would just wait the 3/5days (which again i was told on the phone) i have logged on this evening to see that my withdrawel is still pending so yet again i was given false hope that my request to withdraw had been dealt with!afterall it was a manager that agreed they would clear it for security checks there and tgen if i had it withdrawn to that pacific card! Never known a company to take so long and have so many issues getting money back! Not sure i would want to play again now knowing its so much hassle getting money back.
