I withdrew 450 euros on the 25 th march my id has been verified yet still no payment when I get in touch with live help they say should be in my account next few days but nothing

After looking into the issue it seems that the hold up was due to the fact that you didn't send us the full documentation required for a withdrawal. It seems that we receive all the necessary documents today, so you will receive the withdrawal within the next few days.
