I stopped using Grand Reef Casino awhile ago due to my issues last time I made a withdrawal. (I made a complaint back then on this website as well) I received an email asking for feedback in why I stopped using it, and what improvements could be made to which I explained my issues, and in doing so I decided that given it had been a few years now that I'd give it one more go, surely they must've improved since last time? ...Boy oh boy was I wrong.
I withdrew 400NZD on 02/03/17, thats two weeks ago, and to this date it is still sitting in my account in a pending status. I've spoken to multiple support staff who have explained it has now been escalated, and re-escalated and this and that and the finance team is doing what they can etc yet still not a single update. It is infuriating that they continue to advertise their withdrawal period of 1-5 business days when this clearly isn't the case. Another thing that is annoying me is the knowledge that I have no used this casino in awhile that the finance team will no doubt request to "verify" my information again, which fair enough is standard procedure, but the fact that they haven't even asked for this at this stage and I'll need to then wait another god-knows length of time for the next step from there.
Truly infuriating and I don't know why I tried them again, I'll be posting updates as they come through so everyone here gets an idea on the current timeframes for withdrawals and the whole process at the moment. Last time it ended up taking just under 2 months, fingers crossed that won't happen this time.

Still no money. I believe this is the last message I will be able to make about this. Such a draining, horrible experience this withdrawal has been and I warn anyone who may read this to steer clear of Grand Reef Casino. What once was my number 1 casino is now without a doubt the worst.
In a nutshell, I withdrew early March, had the withdrawal cancelled due to "pending too long", I had to meet a wagering requirement to re-withdraw the cash for a bonus irrelevant to the initial withdrawal, and now the casino is still giving me the same spiel about the finance team working as hard as they can. I don't know if this complaint has caused the casino to act in a malicious way and purposely put as much delays as possible; its hard to tell.
I'm at a loss at what I can do from here, I just hope anyone out there learns from my mistakes I guess. Thanks for reading everyone.

In the first week of May I ended up calling them. I spoke with Trevor who said that my withdrawal was cancelled due to pending too long, so the money is now back on my account. (shocking!)
I was in disbelief that this can happen. He explained to feel free to gamble more or just make the withdrawal again, and was told if I withdraw again, I wouldn't have to wait as long due to this withdrawal being part of this one I've been waiting on since 02/03/2017.
I attempted to withdraw the money but wasn't able to due to a wagering requirement being on my account from a bonus that had no relation to my money they put back into my account. I immediately spoke to Casino Support and spoke with Lionel; who explained unfortunately I am unable to withdraw my money now until the wager was met (which was $650.00). A VERY sneaky yet smart move on the Casino's end! I ended up gambling away almost half and made a withdrawal of 230NZD. Lionel told me he would get a manager to call me about this, but that call never happened.
Today is now 18/05/2017, over 3 months of waiting and still no money back to me; instead they've used tricks & sneaky antics to try keep their money and cause further delays (very unprofessional for an online casino in my opinion).
Looking back at what has happened so far its almost a joke, I'm just in awe and shock at the antics they've used so far. What is the next step from here? Is there any liability on their end? I just called and spoke with Trevor right now who said it has been re-escalated again. I'm at a lost at what to do from here. I really hope they pay me soon.

On 20/04/2017 I was asked to verify my information again which I completed and resent to them on 21/04/2017.
I have since been contacting them approx every 2-3 days to follow up on how it is progressing and given the same responses about it being escalated etc.
I was told by Lionel via Support Chat that it has been taken over by "management" due to the amount of time it has taken, but that it would be wrapped up prompty - that was about 2 weeks ago now.
I have been dealing mostly with Garry, Lionel & Trevor; they all seem very helpful and concerned but unfortunately no action to their words so far.
I feel I have been very patient; my withdrawal was made on 02/03/2017, and it is now 01/05/2017 - they surely understand my frustration.
I have just sent them another email now for another update and fingers crossed it'll be met with some good news.
