Withdrawal issues


I would like to file a complaint against Crazy Winners. I got there in total to € 7100.- on my account with a bonus program. Suddenly I could record only 500 euros per week. Which in itself is already bad for a casino, because there are really people who win more than 500 euros. I have done this payout on October 25, 2016. I received by mail a confirmation that I'm on 01-11-2016 (one week later) so again could make a payment of € 500.-. Now I tried that and suddenly it was not. Even though I have several emails sent to my `accountmanager`. Here I have four days to receive a reply. I've tried using the live chat. In itself, very friendly people, but they may not say anything about. All in all I feel that they want to ensure that I € 7100.- will not pay for it. This saves their money again. they are looking all the time a way not to pay people. they even told me on the chat that they are lying yourself! I do this also on paper.
I hope there will be a quick solution for me because I will not have to leave until I get my money.

5.1. All Deposits of 249.00€ or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is approved, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed 'Non-Withdrawable' and are cleared from the player's balance. Deposit bonuses used during a play session that results in a pending withdrawal request, are also 'Non-Withdrawable' and can be deducted from that particular pending withdrawal.

4.2. All bonus money will be removed at the point of cash out, bonus money is money that can be used to help generate winnings but cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will be treated as 'Non-Withdrawable' and will not be reissued to your account but deducted from the winnings by the casinos withdrawal manager during the payout process. Cashback money is also 'Non-Withdrawable' and the casino reserves the right to deducted cashback money from a players' pending withdrawal.

In a case of a disagreement with our decision we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for CrazyWinners Casino.
