I would like to file a complaint against Crazy Winners. I got there in total to € 7100.- on my account with a bonus program. Suddenly I could record only 500 euros per week. Which in itself is already bad for a casino, because there are really people who win more than 500 euros. I have done this payout on October 25, 2016. I received by mail a confirmation that I'm on 01-11-2016 (one week later) so again could make a payment of € 500.-. Now I tried that and suddenly it was not. Even though I have several emails sent to my `accountmanager`. Here I have four days to receive a reply. I've tried using the live chat. In itself, very friendly people, but they may not say anything about. All in all I feel that they want to ensure that I € 7100.- will not pay for it. This saves their money again. they are looking all the time a way not to pay people. they even told me on the chat that they are lying yourself! I do this also on paper.
I hope there will be a quick solution for me because I will not have to leave until I get my money.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with sufficient information and evidence to confirm the CrazyWinners Casino actions in this particular case as justified and in compliance with their terms and conditions. CrazyWinners Casino paid this player according to their terms:

5.1. All Deposits of 249.00€ or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is approved, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed 'Non-Withdrawable' and are cleared from the player's balance. Deposit bonuses used during a play session that results in a pending withdrawal request, are also 'Non-Withdrawable' and can be deducted from that particular pending withdrawal.

4.2. All bonus money will be removed at the point of cash out, bonus money is money that can be used to help generate winnings but cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings. The bonus will be treated as 'Non-Withdrawable' and will not be reissued to your account but deducted from the winnings by the casinos withdrawal manager during the payout process. Cashback money is also 'Non-Withdrawable' and the casino reserves the right to deducted cashback money from a players' pending withdrawal.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as resolved and it is being officially closed now. In a case of a disagreement with our decision we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for CrazyWinners Casino.

You did pay that €800.- but i have a chat conversation that says that i got an extra 1000 euro to pay out AND a conversation that you are lie about some things. so that`s makes me strong

The final withdrawal amount was in accordance with our 10X rule and bonus deduction rule.

Delayed verification process and payment

I sent a request for withdrawal of 2500.00 recently the agent's then told me I was only eligible for 250.00 of that because I only deposited 25.00... I then had to provide identification photos and a form sent all through as well as over 5 emails attaching 2 different proof of address letters. The casino then emailed me 2 days later saying all proof of identity attachments were accepted cool I thought!! Then I logged into my account and another agent said my bank statement was not accepted or received try again I've now sent over 7 emails regarding this. Also the email address [email protected] does not work and I had to send all the emails to [email protected] have yet to receive a reply yet I'm getting quite pissed about this as I've already been let down by them by saying I'm not entitled to the full 2500.00 I initially won now my verification and payment is now delayed please help me if you can. I'd like this resolved I won't be using this casino ever again as I've never experienced such a process and delay ever online.

Non Payment of winnings

I have Been waiting for a withdrawal of $400aud for two months now. I have emailed numerous Times but have no return emails. I was requested to prove my status, which was approved. I was told I would receive payment through bank transfer within 48hrs. But have heard nothing. Two months down, nothing. The only contact is through online agents, but they say the same thing all the time. They have emailed my account manager on at least 10 occasions, but nothing. I’m exhausted, please help

Still didn't pay small withdrawal after weeks of waiting

Hi i put 125 euros on withdrawal on 20 of august and my documents was approved before that, i see that the time frame to get money is up to 18 days and these days are gone, i was trying to contact online support and they dont know what is the issue and always saying that will contact to account manager that didn't answers to my emails, i dont know what to do

Haven't received payment month after account verification

I originally requested a withdrawl on 26th feb 2018. My account was finnally verifyed i was notified via email on the 8th of march 2018, with the following attachments sent via email as identification. Passport, bank card (front and back) , bank card authorization form and proof of ballance from my bank with the same bank account uses in all my deposits. On the 25th of march i asked for a update on the progretion of the transfer as i had not received it yet to be asked on the 26th for my bank details so they could transfer me the funds. I provided them the details as asked and advised them that i had sent them through multiple times by this point. I then again asked on the 28th again the progression of my withdrawal to which i recived an email "your account has been sent to the finance team and will be transfered as soon as possible" I emailed them back " why was this request not then sent off to the finance department hence starting the,( verification/transfer) waiting period? If u were waiting for a verified bank acc number ect. Matching the bank acc. Used in my deposits through crazywinners, which were also previously supplied, Why was i not informed until my request of an up date around 20 days later I never recived any confirmation or any reply to this day nor the funds. it is now the 12th of April 2018 Can you please help

Still waiting on $1,000 withdrawal from last year!

I requested a withdrawal of $500 on the 28/12/17 and $500 on the 6/01/18 it has almost been 4 months and I still have not received my withdrawal, I was sent an email saying it had been approved and I would receive the funds with in 10 working days on the 9/3/18 still nothing. I was then told by the account manager on the 26/03/18 that the finance sent the funds and they were currently in the banks compliance dept, But he could not give me an exact time frame on when I would receive them. It's now the 4/4/18 and im still getting the run around!

Delayed €250 withdrawal

Withdrawal on Crazywinners. I withdrawed 500euro and it has been soon 6-7 working days i belive. My manager stop answering me, when i talk to the support they just saying ”be patient” the money will arrive soon we promisse. Sure i can take that, but i am still worried. My stomach says this is a scam, dont know Why but yee. I only see negative reputations about the casino site! What can or shall i do? I even called my bank and explained this, they did take me serious and searched everywere if there was a transaction to be recived or sent to my bank but nothing! So i am starting to think this is not gonna be paid. I eve deposited 200 euro and got their 200 or 250% deposit bonus and wagered exactly by their rules and terms! Really need that money so what shall i do now?!
