I put in a withdrawal request for $500 on the 28th Dec and a request for a further $500 on the 6th January, my acount manager who I have emailed numerous times keeps telling me that they are having a problem with returning my winnings and they are working hard at trying to get the funds to me. It has almost been 2 months and I am still getting the run around from them.
