Im a member of a few casinos and appreciate the fine print, authorization etc which I have adhered to. I claimed a win on 3rd February and when I contacted the casino on 9th for an update they advised I hadn’t completed forms. I completed on the 13th and received confirmation on the 22nd. On the 26th February I received an email saying withdrawal was approved and to wait 10 days. Ten days passed and no funds. I’ve sent 6 emails, 3 transcripted chats and been told 3 different emails to contact. I have not even had a courtesy email attempting to resolve. The only withdrawal method available was NETELLER which I have not before had an issue with. My belief is that seven weeks is far too long. Unprofessional, misleading and frustrating. These guys are the worst online enterprise I have ever encountered.
