Having read other complaints it looks as though I have become another victim of this casino. I have deposited well over £500 over the last few weeks and then having finally had a winning streak I have tried to withdraw 500 euro. They have declined me on the basis of a technicality in the T&C's regarding not being able to bet more than 30% of deposit! This is unheard of in the industry and I suspect would not stand up the the Unfair Terms and Conditions Act (I am willing to test this). If I have breached a technicality surely they should tell me at the time and not let me continue to deposit knowing that I could not get a penny back out because of this technicality.

Please take heed and do not use this company (search Google to find out more). They ignored a self-exclusion request and then refused to pay out on a technicality buried deep in the T&C's. They refused me my £500 based on a £1.50 breach of hidden rules. Not happy but having read other google reports about how this site treats its customers I realise that i am just another victim in a long line (and guess what - they are not replying to my e-mails)! Brilliant!!! Companies like this will get their cummupance, and I look forward to hearing about it!
