On May 26, 2014 i made a withdrawal request of $450, from Monarchs online casino, it took them over 30 days to finally tell me that I could only withdrawa $150 as since all was from bonus. I said okay and they put in a new request #23755851 for the amount of $150 on June 27, 2014. I have sent them the banking information 9 times now. I have sent numerous emails asking what is taking so long as has been 49 days now since they told me the amount i could withdraw and put in the request and provided all information. When I send and email all i get is a generic reponse saying we are looking into it and each time they give me a new number assingned to the email question, this is even if i reply to their email and i reference the number they gave me. This is ridiculous and when i go on live chat for them it takes over 30 minutes to get a person to chat with and all they say is that they will put in a request. Please help me get my money?
