Malibu Club Casino - Withdrawal delayed, empty excuses and run around

On March 5th I signed up with Malibu Club casino and made a first deposit of $50 US while redeeming the Welcome 1st Match Bonus of 200%. After meeting the wagering requirements I had $426.15 US in the account and requested a withdrawal for that amount. The only withdrawal method available to me being in the US was the wire transfer.

I sent in the required documents on March 5 and received confirmation they were accepted and approved. However, the withdrawal request still shows as "Pending" and available for reversal.

I've chatted with multiple support agents and they keep giving excuse after excuse. Currently the story is that they are having problems with the finance department and processing the payment. It has been over 15 business days since I requested the withdrawal and sent in the required documentation but have not received payment.

Will Malibu Club honor my winnings and issue me a payment? If so, when?

I did just receive an email saying the withdrawal has been processed but no specified amount, nor has the payment arrived.

Update: While I received an email saying the withdrawal was processed and sent, the funds have not shown up. This was supposed to be a bank wire transfer completed on Friday March 31st but no money yet.

Update: Despite Malibu Club Casino saying the withdrawal was completed on March 31st I still have not received the wire transfer.
