I have made a deposit as per the Casino request to make the withdrawal of the £150 bonus. I have been told now by a very helpful representative that my requests been escalated to finance and I'm waiting for a response now.

I found communication difficult at the beginning of Sep 2016 but it seems that there might have been a misunderstanding.
