Payments delayed even though I am verified

After validation process was fully completed and withdrawal bank wire details submitted to the appropriate address, my withdrawal status changed to confirmed from pending on Nov 16th. Amount is only 100$. Several discussions have happened since with online support and email support and still no money in my bank account. I am getting the same answers every time I inquire for a status. Empty promises and no results.

I recently had two withdrawals cancelled by Malibu casino for the total of $3080.

The amounts were for $1040 and $2040.

These withdrawals were pending then the casino cancelled them and it now states the amount of $3080 is a (deposit debt adjustment).

Ive had several conversations with Malibu casino Custer service officers who told me they were going to notify finance and have someone contact me,I still haven’t heard anything from the casino.

Ive previously withdrew from the casino for a smaller amount and it took a few extra days then but I did receive my withdrawal.

I sent 3 emails with no answer back for know if im able to withdraw after a minimum deposit of 30€(by the rules) or if im under some restriction(provenience area, multi free bonus played,exceed single bet limit, etc etc) or not. I cleared the playthrough requirements, submitted all the required identification information and made a deposit for the amount required to withdrawl. After making the deposit the chat support person assured me that everything looked good on their end and that their finance department would soon process the withdrawal. It has been 1 month since then and I have check several times and keep getting told that their financial department is going to get it done right away which they have not and my withdrawal is still show as reversible which I would assume means they still have not started processing my withdrawal yet. I made a 2500 € withdrawal on Jly 24th. On July 29th it was still pending . I tried to contact support via Email but got no answer after that I tried Live Chat a few times but the only answer I get is they have to get in touch with finance department and after that contact me. But they never did.
