Play Hippo has a 100% deposit bonus up to £150 for first deposits. I opted to go for £50, played through all the wagering and ended up with £50.16. I deposited and played with this bonus on 31/05/2018. Then i withdrew it to skrill ( this is what i deposited with) as i thought it would be nice and quick, on 1/06/2018
I read in their terms that you have to wait 24 hours after deposits are made to make withdrawals, which is fair enough, but it is now the 4/06/2018 and i still haven't received the money and no replies to email.
Is verification needed ?
Is there any other issues ?
At the moment i dont know as there is no response. In my experience skrill is very fast.
Please can Play Hippo communicate any issues and proceed to process my withdrawal to skrill ?
