Withdrawal issues

Play Hippo has a 100% deposit bonus up to £150 for first deposits. I opted to go for £50, played through all the wagering and ended up with £50.16. I deposited and played with this bonus on 31/05/2018. Then i withdrew it to skrill ( this is what i deposited with) as i thought it would be nice and quick, on 1/06/2018 I read in their terms that you have to wait 24 hours after deposits are made to make withdrawals, which is fair enough, but it is now the 4/06/2018 and i still haven't received the money and no replies to email. Is verification needed ? Is there any other issues ? At the moment i dont know as there is no response. In my experience skrill is very fast. Please can Play Hippo communicate any issues and proceed to process my withdrawal to skrill ? Charles

I have small problem with Playhippo casino. I have made deposit on 2016 05 21 with offer of free spins on Mega fortune game. I have got them and won over 11 eur but on the last spin a game got error without any reason and after that my winnings gone. I wrote to support but they answered to delete my internet cache. I did it but nothing has changed.

31/05 I was browsing, stumbled on Playhippo and looked at the bonus terms (see attachment). In particular, term 4 states "Certain games contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Check out the full list of included games.". I clicked through and saw that some of my favourite slots including Scrooge for example were 100% (see attachment). 31/05 Based on the info I joined and deposited £40 and got a £40 bonus leaving a locked £80. Loaded up the game and pressed spin and said "insufficient funds" even though the funds were there at £80. Tried a couple of other favourite slots, same thing. 01/06 Fired off a message on the web facility about it and got a reply saying that some games are not allowed to be played with bonus funds. I replied saying that that is untrue based on the terms I signed up and deposited with. I asked for my deposit to be sent back as when I try "forfeit" on their website it says it will forfeit the whole £80. (At this stage I haven't even spun once so that's shady on top but that's for another day) 02/16 No replies received to initial email or follow up. I contacted the UK Gambling Commission who said that indeed it seems I was made to sign up with untrue terms and any contract under such terms in null and void and I should get my deposit back. They suggested a firmer "second stage of dispute" email with a deadline before legal action so I sent it. 03/06 No reply whatsoever to the second stage dispute email. The UKGC say they will accept an official complaint if Playhippo do not act by Monday. They have advised to open a case at IBAS as well as legal action using the Online Dispute Resolution platform of the European Union. Currently, I intend to do all that but I hope Playhippo see some sense. I know wishful thinking. The amount is fairly small but the gotch a terms and just shoddy customer service have left me angry beyond belief. So I will be fighting this to the end. I joined playhippo about 3 months ago. After playing for a while I decided to take a 4 weeks cooling off period. After this period ended I received an e-mail from them advising that my cooling off period was over and that I am able to log in again and play. So I did and after 2 deposits I won £1700. I decided to withdraw this amount from my account however 2 days later I received an e-mail from everymatrix telling me that I am self excluded from one of their sister sites and that my winnings and all deposits are void and they have closed my account with playhippo. I have been trying to get a reply from playhippo with no luck explaining that I received an e-mail from them advising that my cooling off period was over and that I am allowed to play again. I am not sure what else to do

- I deposit £300 on the 18th of December in order to receive 500 free spins on the Sparks game, after receiving a personal email offer. - Only 100 games were awarded leaving a balance of 400 spins to be awarded. - I emailed support and received a reply from "Adam" at Playhippo that they would be added within 24 hours. They were not added in this time frame or subsequently. - I then emailed chasing these up again on 19th, 21st and 22nd of December, the 4th Jan and the 5th of Jan with no response whatsoever. I opened an account with this casino on 12/08/15 and deposited and played through £500 over the next couple of days. I tried to log on on 14/08/15 only to find my account blocked and when I queried it with support I was told I was self excluded from a sister site until January 2016. I checked and found that this was for Jetbull - I'd been having problems with the amounts I was spending so self excluded for a year. I then left a message with PlayHippo on 19/08/15 asking how I was able to open an account and deposit and play through £500 before my account was blocked and stating that it seems very unfair that I have played with money that I was never going to win anything with or have the chance to recoup and I would like an explanation of how this has been allowed to happen under the responsible gaming policy as in the past I have found with other casinos who operate sister sites if I sign up, I am then unable to deposit because my card won't be accepted. Nobody came back to me so I forwarded on 20/08/15. I then got a response from customer service merely stating again that my account was excluded until January 2016. Effectively, I have been allowed to spend £500 that you would never have payed out on. I would appreciate if you could escalate this for a manager to have a look at and I am also going to send an email to the regulating body because in terms of responsible gaming, this seems grossly unfair. I then got a response back from another agent apologizing for his colleague and saying my complaint had been forwarded to his manager and he would be in touch. I waited four working days (as stated on their website) and heard nothing so followed up with an email on 25/08/15 asking if they were any further forward with an answer to my query. I took a 100% welcome bonus on P-Hippo..and deposited 100 sek ( 10 €) and recived 100% bonus After a while i had 1037 Sek..( 100 €) I asked the livechatt if i can forfeit the bonus and in that case, what would happen. The support said: You will loose your deposit + your bonus. I asked several times if she meant the 100 kr + 100 kr bonus i recived and she repeted her self over again: yes you are right. So,, after asking 4-5 times if i only loose 200 sek and will have 800 sek left on my account that has no wager she ansered YES. She never said that EVERYTHING would dissapear. Play hippo allowed me to open an account even though I self exclude I opened a new account and was able to deposit to it straight away I set a deposit limit of 10 pounds but with in mins I was allowed to up the limit on the same day I was allowed to change the limit 3 times no waiting time and able to deposits again straight away even though my limit was 10 pounds per week in all I spent 60 pounds in this site after setting a deposit limit of 10 pounds I emailed them asking to close the account straight away explained I was self excluded and was allowed to deposit 50 pounds over my limit when my limit was 10 pounds per week was told I could have a refund as that against responsible gambling on there site was given email address for the company that own them and told they would sort this have email a number of times but no reply, have email play hippo but they just say thy can't help it need to be the company that owns them I just need help sorting this also this needs to be sorted for any 1 else that plays on their site please help
