Withdrawal declined with unjustified reason

I used a welcome bonus and won £1,000 which I tried to withdraw. Before withdrawing I called the casino helpline to ensure I had complied with the wagering requirements and T&C's which I was told I had. I then withdrew the £1,000.

I was contacted by email and asked for copies of my debit card, drivers licence and bank statement which I supplied.

I then received a confirmation email soon after stating "We would like to confirm that we have received your documents. They have been sent to the relevant department and saved on your file.

If you have any pending withdrawals, these will now be processed in the normal casino processing times. Thank you for your cooperation."

A couple of days later I received an email saying that I had breached the T&C's (news to me) and that not only would I not receive the withdraw but they were taking back all of the money the £1,000 I tried to withdraw. I contacted them after and they said that some of my bets were "minimal Risk" even though I did ask if I was ok to withdraw. I also pointed out that I had placed bets on slots which were not subject to minimal risk and the bets on the slots far exceeded the wagering requirements.

They refuse to discuss this any further.

Upon evidence that we received, this player did breach T&C of the casino by placing a "minimal risk" bets on the roulette. We consider this complaint resolved. If player think that he/she have a case, he/she could seek further help with Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

The support team informed me that I had met the requirements they did not mention anything about minimal risk betting or the fact that they actually don't even deal with that side of things.

its quite clear that they said I could withdraw it so you can then take the whole amount away as you have done.

You haven't addressed the fact that sufficient bets were made on other games!

I've read that other people have had problems with your company, it seems to be a growing problem!

When contacting our support team they can inform you if you have placed the required amount in bets to request a withdrawal. After a withdrawal is requested, it is checked over by our finance team as happened in this case. Unfortunately as advised above the bonus terms were not adhered to and therefore we have removed the winnings accrued from the account.

We would like to reiterate that we do offer bonuses but also understand that some players prefer to play without them. We offer the option to opt-in or out of bonuses upon registration. When playing with cash, players can bet exactly as they like.

Before requesting the withdraw I contacted Jackpot247 and asked if I had met the requirements to which they said I had!

Also even if you deduct the "minimal risk" bets from the wagering requirements I still bet more than enough on slots and other games. This bonus they offer is a complete façade and designed to ensure that no funds can be withdrawn. They say that they look into this minimal risk on a case by case basis, but I am certain its just a blanket policy to not pay anyone who may have placed this bet no matter how infrequent or whether on purpose or not. Surely minimal risk betting should actually be encouraged by jackpot247, what do they care if you cover 5 number, 10 numbers or the whole wheel, the payout is proportionate anyway!!!

Their terms and conditions are grossly unfair, almost impossible to abide by and massively favour them despite the fact that the odds on their site are already sufficiently in their favour.

Why cant a casino operate fairly? if you offer a bonus and someone wins pay them, you make more than enough from losing bets, why then should a winner have to jump through ridiculous hoops to get their money. if you don't want players winning on bonuses why offer them?

And if you do offer them why make it near impossible to win?

The whole system is a scam!

I Joined jackpot 247 in Aug 2014. Was asked to provide Identification (3 different documents) on 5th October 2014 as I had won a smaller amount and requested a standard withdrawal that had not been a problem for me at other casino's. This is where my problems began. I asked where my withdrawal was and received a reply on the 14th Oct indicating one of the documents had expired, that was obviously fine so sent the new driving licence and heard nothing at all about my win again despite numerous emails was met with a wall of silence. In June this year decided to give the site another go after still receiving all of the bonus offers through email, I was asked for further identification at this time which bizarrely included a picture of myself holding my ID. (I've since found out after reading this is becoming more common) Anyway I adhered to this and sent the request. After spending large sums of money (stupidly on my part) recently Sept '15 won a very nice amount for £5025. I completed the terms and conditions of the promotion and made a withdrawal for £2000 on 21st Sept and that was that or so I thought. I on the 26th Sept after hearing nothing sent a polite reminder asking for an update with my withdrawal and was met with a response indicating "kindly note your account is under review by management" on the 26th Sept this year and after a further follow up email again have been met with a wall of silence. I hope to have a resolution to my withdrawal as I'm not sure what steps i can take from here.

Thankyou
