Withdraw approval becoming very slow over 2 months


My previous approval date was 8-15 for 2 withdrawls made on 6-23 and 6-24 for a total amount of $1100. Haven't gotten this check yet, but during this next week???? The next ones that haven't been approved yet, is what is beginning to bother me. I have gotten withdraw checks as often as once a week in the past. Now it is down to once a month or longer and it is because of the approvals of the withdraw being delayed. I have gotten checks on 5-16, 6-2, 6-5, 6-16,6 -19,6-27, and 7-8 all in 2014, and all being about 4 weeks after the actual withdraw. I'm fine with this, but when they quit giving me bonuses or customer appreciation chips is the same time that withdraws began being untimely. I have always loved slot madness, but if I do any good the treatment by the casino completely changes.

Hi madspnner,

I'm sorry for the issues you were having, however, what you were experiencing was across all RTG casinos, not just ours. Wednesday, all RTG casinos were down due to technical issues.

Also, to let you know, your last withdrawals will all be approved this week.

I got a check on 9-6 for $1100.00 and that covers the withdraws on 6-23 and6-24 in the amounts of 350 and750. Today I received a check for $ 2915.09. I'm not sure which withdraws that covers. I had two more approved withdraw s that I had not gotten a check for approval date 8-29 for both in the amount of 500 and 700. I also had approved withdraws of 500, 700, 500, 500, 500 all approved on 9-1. If you could check on this for me I appreciate it.

Thank you for all your effort in handling this matter. I did get a check today for 2355.01, which matches the withdraw on 6-29 for 2500.00 less the bonus. Lets see though, not to complain, but that withdraw was approved on the 29th of August (2 months after the withdraw request was made) and as of the 2nd of September I have a check and that includes a holiday. So much ado about all of these time frames and processing. I'm sorry but really I believe that most of us having issues with this stuff, just want honest answers, and it appears to me that that is not what we are getting. The 29th was Friday , then a 3 day weekend,(no working days in there) and Tuesday Sept 2nd I have a check. How did that happen???? There are other withdraws that were approved before then that I still haven't gotten checks for, but it appears that there is not really a system or what???? I just don't understand. Quite frankly I'm afraid to deposit money because I don't know if this is a sign that you might close your doors or what.
I would like to thank you for your help with this matter and I also would like you to know that I have always found your customer service department to be respectful and friendly. I really have enjoyed playing at your casinos, but I am concerned about playing much in the future.
All kinds of little things keep happening now like all day today(Wed) I could not get into any of the casinos that Slot Madness is affiliated with. This has never happened before. I'd log in and it would start to go to the next screen then nothing. I'm not sure what is going on??
