Delayed December payment

I won $1200 on the 10th of December and cashed out that same day. There are no bonuses attached to this withdraw. It has been processing this whole time and about 4 days ago, Miles one of the CS people told me it would be approved by morning and all the other CS people just keep telling me it has been escalated but they have no other information ! I contact them at least once a day and I am always nice but this runaround is getting old. They had told me my November statement was not approved and when I asked why they said not enough activity on the account and so I sent in 8 more statements showing more than enough activity and thats when Miles said it would be approved by morning. It just takes time he said !

The casino approved my withdraw on the 10th of January 2025 and said it should take 10+ days to get to my bank account so i will see what happens.
