9 withdrawal requests pending since August

I am submitting this complaint in regard to 9 pending withdrawal requests that total approximately $20,000. This large sum of money has caused me a great deal of concern. Here are the exact amounts and dates as shown in the cashier:

I've received your email regarding another withdrawal which was requested after this complaint was opened. As this withdrawal is not part of your initial complaint...and we have resolved the payments within this, I'd like to ask that this complaint be closed as resolved.
