Voided wins and account revoked

This is to inform you that I have been a verified member on the casino since 2023 and have even received a withdrawal before.

On 25/8/2025, I deposited $43 and won $600 in total. I then went to live chat, and Ronald advised me that I should choose CoinDraw in which I did.

Immediately, my withdrawal was denied. I received an email i need to change my withdrawal method, which I did, but all withdrawal methods were blocked instead.

I went back onto live chat, and Ronald advised that the account has now been revoked.

I also never received any email from the casino confirming any reason for this. I also sent the casino emails, but there was no reply. I can't access the casino as my account is now blocked.

I chatted on live chat as a visitor, and at least 3 agents immediately closed the chat after telling me my account was revoked and the decision is final.

The casino is unprofessional, as there was not even an email confirming any action from them.

The casino has sent me back-to-back deposit bonus promotions that prompted me to deposit, but after winning $600 now my account has been revoked without reason, which is not fair.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Slot Madness Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. This is to inform you that you are misleading the AskGamblers team and I would advise you refrain from doing that. It makes sense why your online ratings are so low and many players are complaining of not receiving their withdrawals. Firstly I sent an email to Slotmadness in 2023 confirming my right account is <email address removed> and any other account that was created in error in 2023 was also successfully closed,that may contain any incorrect info was closed. My account <email address removed> was then verified and left open to use, since my account was verified, it means my information was reviewed and is found to be correct, hence I was able to withdraw as the account was verified. I would also like to confirm my house address is <removed> which is the same address on inclave and also on Slotmadness and as on my bank statement. <removed> is my house number and that is also the address I provided to the agent as can be seen in the screenshot, and even that information is not wrong. Slotmadness you are risking jeopardizing your operators license, as many people are complaining of different reasons u keep making up only when it comes to withdrawing their money. It is wrong of you and u need to stop what u are doing before its too late.Now pay my $600. Thank you

I've reviewed your account and I can tell you that it was our Fraud Team who revoked your account. Our Fraud Team is meticulous in checking our players (across ALL of our casinos). When they checked on you, they found differing information that you registered your accounts with. While I cannot discuss which information you were caught out on, I will be presenting the evidence to AskGamblers as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
