Account verification for withdrawal delayed

I originally sent in my documents on January 31st 2025 for my account verification and approval and I have since then sent them probably 6 or seven times and my account was approved and showing on my account and It doesn't say I'm missing any documents on my profile and every time I go to want to cash out they tell me that I'm still missing documents and I re-upload them and they never get back to me as far as approval. But I have asked for a withdrawal now since in the past I've won but due to the delay of this and the issue I never actually cashed out. So now that I have gotten tired of waiting I am trying to cashed out, and once again I'm still with the dilemma of missing items so I once again scanned my birth cert and copy of my passport. I got in touch with them and they told me it would be 24 to 48 hours to get it looked at like always, but since January 31st I think it's been above and beyond that time frame. I would love to actually be able to cash out. I play very often almost everyday with them and feel like I'm not getting any responses to this ongoing issue I have submitted my request to cash out and I once again uploaded my documents. And just a side note on my profile it does not say I'm missing any documents. It says approved so I don't understand Please I need help. Somebody in should help me with this issue and get a resolution and finally get my winnings. Thank you

As you're already aware, your first withdrawal was paid to your wallet, Friday: 3/7 Paid $2460 + $40.00 Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #49947906 ($2,500.00).

Your remaining withdrawal is scheduled to be paid this Friday (the 14th). Once I receive confirmation of the payment, I'll be back with another update.
