Refusing to pay a withdrawal

I have been waiting for my refund for a very long time almost going over 2 months and they keep giving me the same run around.

I have to cancel my withdrawal because I can only do Bitcoin I have to cancel my withdrawal cuz I can only do wire transfer.

I have to cancel my withdrawal because just because they are keep refusing even though I have submitted all information correctly and I have screenshots of all of the conversations as well as the winnings.

First of all I would like to thank askgamblers.com for there help. I did receive my funds today. Thank you very much Tawny that was greatly appreciated.

So just an update I emailed my info to tawny last night and got a response tonight. I was told my info would be passed along to the payments manager and I would be updated via askgamblers.com. So hopefully there is a end to this but we will see. I'll keep you posted
