Continuous verification issues
I have now sent this casino 2 to 3 different bank account information with them continuing to ask for more information. I went and opened a bank account with one of their approved banks and now they are asking me to send a different bank statement however, I have only had the bank account for 30 days. Their requirements were that the account must be open for at least 30 days. There must be a positive balance, and there must be activity. The document must also be in PDF format in which I submitted it. I asked the chat agent to advise me as to why they are needing another bank statement, but he Kept advising me to just send another one with no explanation. At this point I feel like they are stealing peoples account information after asking for alllllll of this information just to decline withdrawals. I won $704.50 but am being told over and over again to send something else.
