I have played in Win a day casino last week with a free chip and won $50 for withdr­awa­ble.Th­erefore I had submitted my passport and neteller login page as they requested earlier. Now I received a email told me my passport copy did not pass the security risk checks and I have multiple accounts with them. But I did not create any multiple accounts with them.I just created my account on 28th November 2014 and I am verified with other casino by sending my same passport scan copy from my email without any kind of troubles. I dispute this complain in order to prove I never played there before and my all documents are quite good at all.So they should pay my winning if they pay other players.Could you help me to find out the resolution for this case please?

Sorry to hear your withdrawal wasn't processed.

As stated in an email sent to you by my colleague in Billing Department, we found your Winaday account connected to some other accounts which is strongly against our house rules. Moreover the copy of your password didn't meet the sophisticated and thorough security checks performed by our Fraud Department.

Our Billing Department has just sent you instructions on how to provide us with additional proof of your identity. Hopefully this would do.

I got a email from billing department where she asked me to send them a photo holding my passport. But I am unable to send them such kind of photo where I have no camera to take picture. It seems very strange to me that they asked me such kind of photo for only $50 winning! I never had experienced this situation with other casinos before. Should I buy a $$300 worth value camera for $50 winning?

It sure doesn't take that expansive camera to take a picture to help you prove you're right. Don't you have e.g. a phone equipped with a decent camera? Or anyone around if you don't have it yourself?

FYI, we don't really make any difference between paying out $50-500-50,000, only we need to know whom we're sending the winnings as clearly stated in our site's terms.

Thank you for your advise.Last 2 days I tried to take my picture with passport around my place but could not manage to take such picture where I live in isolated area far away from the city.However,I certify I am genuine player as love to play slots into casinos,so now all decision depends upon your casino management.

Kindly do your best to retrieve the document(s) you were asked about by our Billing Department to get the withdrawal processed.

Btw. Dhaka region, Bangladesh, appears to be heavily populated area. Are you trying to claim that you are not staying at the address listed in your player account?

I reside in country side,another state from Dhaka.I live in same palace as I had registered into casino.However, as I respect the casino T&C,I will consider your decision final where I am completely unable to send my photo holding ID at this moment.I hope all the best.Good bye.
