Las Vegas USA Casino - Refusing to close my account and help me fight with problem gambling

Despite 4 separate discussions with the security department, and two emails to support, after 3 weeks of attempting to close my account it is still open. I have been trying to take back control of my gambling, and when asked what was the reason for closure, i stated i think my gambling is getting out of control. They didnt support me, they just offered me a further bonus to keep playing. They dont seem to offer any way for players to keep comtrol nor close their account.
