Hello, I have registered at wild.io on 11 November 2023. I have made 30 usdt deposit and got 45 usdt bonus. After meeting all wagering requirements I ended up with approx 3000 usdt balance. I have completed all verification procedures ( even videoverification call). First they claimed that I have violated their bonus terms. But after I opened complaint at casino.guru they did not provide any proof (< external link removed >). And now they came up with new reason. They have said that I was not eligible for the bonus from the beginning. It is not true. I have all screenshots. And you can look at other complaints related to wild.io on casino.guru. You will see that I am not only the one who suffered from their lie. And my bonus to me was credited automatically, and I had not used any vpn. And now they say that you can not play from Russia, but I have all screenshots, which I made when registered.

Following a review of valid information and proof presented by Wild.io Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team hereby confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with and ruled by the operator's appointed ADR entity.
Based on the abovementioned information and taking into account the AGCCS policy of compliance with the decisions taken by the official regulatory bodies and/or ADR entities, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close the case as resolved in the operator's favor.
Two weeks ago, as part of the verification procedure, attempts have been made to contact the user for a scheduled video call. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from them.
Additionally, we have been contacted by the gambling commission inquiring about the refund of the initial deposited amount and whether it has been returned to the player.
We have confirmed to them, as previously confirmed through our replies in this thread, that the initial deposited amount has been refunded to the user.
