I have made a deposit using usdt (bnb network) but the money didn't show up.
I asked customer service why it didn't show up, they told me that it should be erc20 online but I told them it doesn't say anything on your family name but send usdt.
Besides, they said that this is our Timmi's mistake, that's why I'm asking for compensation for this.
