Where's my payout?


I withdrew my winnings from Slot Madness Casino on May 27th. So excited from winning, I calledthe casino to verify that my documents were all good. They said all is fine! A week later I was told that I needed to resubmit all my documents. I did the same day and received an email that all documents were updated and verified. My payout was approved on June 16th. As I chat online to the chat room at the casino, no one can tell me yet when I will receive my payout. I have been through all the time, terms and conditions for withdrawals but yet no one can tell me when I will receive my payout!

My winnings of $600 was paid. I don't like that after all that waiting my winnings was reduced to$545.

I must have misplaced my brain when I wrote my last reply to you--your payment was issued to you via wire, so there would be no tracking.

As the wire was sent to our processor on the 13th, I would imagine it has already reached your bank account. Can you please confirm you've received this?
