All Australian Casino - Welcome Bonus Not Honoured, Unprofessional Customer Support

I recently signed up for this new casino - they advertise a Welcome Bonus of 100% up to $500.

Deposit made - welcome bonus was not honoured despite several requests on live chat.

Account was fully verified with identification however Support refusing to honour the welcome bonus without stating the reason.

Seems like false advertising to me was lured into making the deposit which I never would have done if I knew I was not eligible for the Welcome Bonus - they will not even provide me with a just reason.

Seems like a very unprofessional casino I am not sure how it is going to win market share as my experience has been baffling - in a negative light.

Unless management can do something by honouring my Welcome Bonus or refunding my deposit I highly recommend to AVOID this casino.

Dishonest manage­men­t/a­dve­rti­sing.

Dear player,

After receiving your compliant through our casino yesterday and you getting an answer within hours I am not very sure why you would persist in this manner. As stated before, you have no right to a welcome bonus as your IP was tracked to another account and it stated very clearly in out terms and conditions that a welcome bonus is only awarded to a single user, per household and per IP.

I understand this is not to your liking but unfortunately this is something you could have informed yourself about before opening an account so I see no evidence to your ‘false advertising’ claim.

I hope this answers your question and gives you peace of mind.

I am firm that you won't even let me know what account that the same IP addresswas signed up from.
On the grounds of an IP address? Maybe the same home address or registered name would be more understandable.
Absurd really, not sure how you are expecting to attract new players!
